This is a dive motel more for fans of Football or concerts. Someone who gets drunk goes to sleep and wakes up. I needed a place to stay for the night so I wasn't expecting much for the price. There was ample parking and a very nice bar with TV's, games and pool tables. The girl at the bar was very nice and the food was good dinner... Breakfast was awesome which earned it the 3 stars. The walls are paper thin so which is something to consider so 1 dot is subtracted since I could hear every work my neighbors said. That also included the fooling around part ha ha. The biggest problem was no internet and this is an ongoing issue so I have to ding it 1 dot. It is dated but that gives it its charm and you can tell they are trying to make the rooms nicer. Like I say there's someone who can appreciate the price and location. The staff was very friendly and good. So I give it a 3.75 over all.

Very clean property, excellent location for Villa Park for the Guns N Roses concert. Very cheap price and great it has a car park. Could do with a spot of redecoration but nothing major. Didn’t eat there but the prices looked very reasonable. Only £55 for the night bargain where else can you get that nowadays! ! Car Parking £5 very easy check in and no need for credit card.
