Norfolk Hotel

We arrived at this hotel and first thoughts were good until you start walking to your room carpets and walls were filthy and looked like the originals dark cold stairways we arrived in the room and the walls were mucky and blood stained it smelt strongly of weed.there were faeces in the toilet the sink had shampoo in.couldn’t even see in the mirror.bed had stains and hair in.table was ready for the skip.very tacky bedding and curtains definitely NOT what is advertised on their website it is very misleading demanded a refund which we got.walked out itching all over DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I've just stayed at Norfolk hotel for 2 nights. I'd come for a family party and needed somewhere to base myself. Was it the best? No. I've stayed in far worse places. The lift was out of order but thats ok, who doesn't need some extra cardio? The room itself was perfectly fine, it was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Its not the quietest of places due to the young groups visiting but hey, we were all young once. I was speaking to the lovely chap on reception and he said the new lift will be installed this month and they were hoping to completely renovate the hotel in the next couple of months. I would absolutely stay here again!
