Great hotel with modern facilities and strong AC (just a tiny bit of condensation). Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast selection and polite staff. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's safe, quiet, and highly recommended for families with kids!

Came to Birmingham for a game. The location is great, very close to the train station and the stadium. Everything was fine except for the poor soundproofing and the air conditioning being a bit noisy.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of New Street Station and all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The English breakfast was excellent and substantial. The staff were all friendly and professional. Overall, a superb experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Birmingham.

Very close to Chinatown, about a 10-minute walk. Also very convenient for New Street Station, around a 15-minute walk. Plenty of great Chinese restaurants nearby.
