Holiday Inn Express BIRMINGHAM - SNOW HILL by IHG

Excellent stay. Breakfast great. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Close to the city centre. Would definitely stay again. We were on 16th floor. Great views.

This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

A great experience indeed we had a goodnight sleep and a good breakfast aswell

Basic hotel breakfast is just average

Functional. The location near Snow Hill is a little out of the way. This is perfectly fine as a place for a pit stop.

Heating not working in the room. Noise from drunken guests was horrendous. Banging on doors, shouting, swearing and playing loud music. Reception did nothing to stop them.

The lift got stuck when we were about to check out and we were on 16th floor. Somehow that issue got resolved. Everything else was fab!

Wow best Holiday Inn I have stayed, cleanliness was 💯 ,location was good breakfast was good. Definately I will stay again 😊

house keeping didn’t clean or change bedding, getting through to reception was a nightmare, toiletries- shampoo and body wash were almost empty, 1/3 of the bottle was left before even using it, heating didn’t work i set it to the highest setting and it was blowing out cold air.
