it is a basic extended stay hotel. location is right at i526 within a mile of tanger. the staff was very friendly.

The decorum is excellent customer service 100 % Rooms are clean house keeping does an excellent job. Managers are on point. Clean living environment as well as peaceful living . The prices are reasonable and praking reliable.. safe place to stay

Great Stay!! Check in was smoothe and people were friendly upon arriving. It was extremely welcoming!!! The rooms were thoroughly cleaned up and down! Beds the most important part, we’re comfy and the pillows full and fluffy! I’ll be staying again the next time I’m through! Best stay in South Carolina!!!

We checked in and left shortly after to go somewhere else. The room smelled so bad/funny that it instantly made me sick. Knew there was no way We could stay there any longer

Stayed here weekend of 10/13-10/15. upon arrival my son and i had to kill dozens of roaches crawling everywhere. Floor was filthy, and tub/sink had hair from previous guests. We arrived late, and by the time we realized the room was trash, the front desk was closed, and too late to try and find another place. we slept with the lights on and one eye open.. the next day i asked for maid service to clean the room, but the desk said that they didn't provide maid service on the weekends. i bought raid, and some cleaning supplies and spent an hour cleaning the floor and killing bugs. When i finished, the room was bearable. Still even with the raid bottle half emptied all around, the next morning i saw a roach in the bathroom. Sheets were filthy, hair, and food crumbs, floor had trash on it, and kitchen cabinets had missing doors, and drawers. that just made it easier to spray for the bugs, so look on bright side.. i stayed in room 415. also, the hotel stored trash bags full of trash on the floor next to the elevator, so everyone had to walk by them to get out of the hotel. just trashy... tons of smokers around too... just an fyi, smelt ********* inside constantly as walked down hall. just not a place you want to stay. about .01% better than sleeping in your car.

All of the staff that I spoke to was very respectful and professional but the room was horrible. My son made a mistake by turning off the bathroom light. Once he did that, the roaches was going crazy. A few times the roaches got in the bed with us. I did inform staff and they offered unscented spray although I know the room was already heavily sprayed before arrival. There was a strong scent of bug spray in the room. We couldn’t put our belongings down without the roaches trying to get into them. A few times the roaches tried to get in my ear while I tried to sleep. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 40 years of living.

Staff difficult to contact, no cooking or eating utensils, no coffee and cockroaches in the room.

Not the greatest place, definitely lock your doors and don’t hang outside for long

The room had a odor and wasn't clean. It was a 2 star motel at a good rating. It wasn't a restful experience.
