It was very basic but generously offers 24/7 tea and coffee and free WiFi if you are not particularly fussy and just want somewhere to sleep and shower it is good for me it was very good for my needs. Rooms were clean and sheets and bathroom were also clean. I had a very pleasant stay.

A very convenient and economical place to stay if you are visiting the NEC. Very convenient and parking is good. There are a number of good restaurants near by. A very easy going hotel. Breakfast is very adhoc. The rooms and facilities are satisfactory for the price paid.

It's hard to describe how bad this experience was. I'll start with the positive. It's very close to the airport! Perfect. The bad It's run down. It's dirty Stains on sheets, quilts, duvets, pillows. Mould everywhere in the bathroom. The walls were yellow, and the room stank of smoke. I'm struggling to put into words how dirty this place is. Cutlery and crockery sticks to the breakfast table. It needs a deep clean and rapidly. The mattresses were so bad every spring moved in different directions and one bed the mattress was on a slant . It's shocking.

My daughter stayed here with family near the end of July. The place is in need of up dating and a good deep Clean! Windows and shower were mouldy! They couldn't use the fridge as had mould in it! Would not recommended staying here. Pictures on website are not true pictures to when you see it in person.

The most unclean place I've ever stayed - I knew it was budget but it was rank! Mould, dirt, cigarette stubs, loose fixtures. you name it it had it! The dining area was unclean and Photos show how bad it is - and they have the cheek to say they won't issue a refund!! Shocking. I'm reporting them to sanitation!

Never been anywhere as disgusting Dirty Smelled of smoke Other peoples items in drawers Stained bedding Filthy carpets Nicotine stains everywhere Yes it's close to NEC but truly a horrid place to stay and I couldn't even bear to take photos of the fridge

Absolutely disgusting and unfit for animals. I am a landlord and i could never rent out a place as disgusting and as run down as this, how they are able to run this as a business and profit from it is beyond me. I am speechless and only wish i had checked the reviews first. I booked a room here for my daughter who was visiting the arena for a concert, she was even scared to eat the cornflakes or drink the water it was so disgusting, they need prosecuting and exposing.

Booked for a overnight stay close to airport through *********** who sell this as a 3 star establishment 😂. Honestly the dirtiest,damp and disgusting place I have ever visited. I could write paragraphs however probably just best to view the photos attached. Pay more and be safe.
