I stayed at this hotel for one night after a friend’s birthday event and I found everything from walking into the building to the whole stay lovely. The staff were friendly from the start and all offering assistance if required. The room was well presented and clean and I had a wonderful shower and sleep in this facility. Would definitely stay here for a solo visit again.

Avoid room 100 unless you would like an early morning wakeup from the kitchen extractor fans and kitchen noise. The hotel receptionist advised that the dining/rest area could not be used to wait for my check in (I was 30 mins early), so had to wait in my car!! Plenty of parking shared with the pub next door. Ok for an overnight stay but not any longer. Not great value for money. Consider other hotels before booking.

Though this review is a bit belated, I wanted to share our fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Birmingham South from April 2025. The highlight of our visit was the amazing service from Diana during breakfast. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. On top of that, she went above and beyond by gifting my daughter some beautifully knitted bags from her friend, which was such a thoughtful touch. Even though some time has passed, we still remember the wonderful experience and highly recommend this location.

A nice hotel to stay at. The beds are comfortable and ensure you get a good night's sleep. The cooked breakfast is made to order and is of good quality. You pay extra for the breakfast but it is worth it.

The room was spotless and well finished. The bed was comfortable and shower facilities good. The unlimited breakfast is a must. Really good value for money.

Stayed at this particular premier inn a few times , staff are always so friendly and helpful.Rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable.The breakfast is really good and the service is great . Never been to a hotel with such fantastic staff.

Great hotel on so many points: - location is off road, quiet and has a large car park. - the check in from Steven was the best I've ever had, including some much more expensive hotels. Really friendly, booked us in for breakfast, talked through dinner options, including local restaurants nearby. - rooms clean. - breakfast is ordered, rather than buffet - so even fresher but still the delight of unlimited breakfast that you expect from Premier Inn. Great value rooms and would definitely stay here again when in the area.
