Birmingham South (Hall Green)

Quiet location. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were amazing. We were there for a funeral, we needed an iron & ironing board Sue made sure we got one. I forgot my earrings and Diane bless her went the extra mile and turned up outside my room door with some. Diane was there every breakfast time whilst we were there. She was so professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend the breakfast cooked fresh to order and served with a smile from Diane .

Great service, check-in staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Diane at breakfast for being so helpful and chatty at such an early time of the morning! So welcoming, just like having your own aunt there. Milly in the kitchen did a great job also.

Superb stay, very comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless and main bedroom was glare. Can’t believe the cheap rates to stay there and Reception (Julie) was extremely helpful, especially with the parking. Fantastic breakfast, team was extremely helpful, very well cooked Millie and Dianne was brilliant, Premier Inn are lucky to have these staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff and service was excellent. Aunty Diane and Julie were particularly accommodating and very friendly. The newly refurbished rooms are clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to revisiting the Premier Inn soon. Thank you

We booked three rooms for two nights and all the rooms were lovely, clean, and our rooms had a comfortable chair to make the two day stay more pleasant. The Toby carvery next door was a great bonus for us. The staff at this Premier Inn were all so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast for two days and we liked that you could order what you like, and the eggs were freshly cooked to your requirements. We usually stay in another area when we visit but my group all feel we need to now stay at this location. We all slept very well. We found Uber taxis also readily available in this area that was helpful to us. I use to live in Birmingham and know this is a great location to visit this city. Thank you to all staff that made our stay such a pleasant experience.

The hotel was lovely, recently refurbished, very clean and cozy. We had an unexpected illness while we were there and staff kindly let me keep my little boys medication in the fridge. The team were so accommodating, breakfast was lovely. Couldn't have asked for more, we will definitely stay again.

Really nice, recently refurbished Premier Inn. Lovely staff, room was clean and had everything you expect from a premier inn; kettle, tea & coffee etc., shampoo/shower gel, hand-wash, clean towels, comfortable beds, TV. Heating was easy to control, our room was for 2 adults and a child on the ground floor and had 2 beds, a double and a single. We all had a great nights sleep and the shower was great too. Breakfast was delicious, served in a fairly small breakfast room which suited my autistic son as there wasn't too many people for him. A lovely lady called Diane looked after us at breakfast, we had cooked and some from the continental buffet, all was fresh and well cooked.

Auntie Di and Julie were amazing at breakfast. They were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. They catered for Gluten free. The service was friendly and I would come back here again with my family. The front desk staff were helpful.

Great customer service, comfy and clean newly refurbished family room. Diane & Julia were fantastic during the breakfast service. Nothing was too much to ask. Would have been 5 stars but the hairdryer was energy saving (which sounds perfect) and kept cutting out.
