Pros: The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was generally nice and comfortable. Cons: The windows in the room could not be opened. One of the beds seemed to be missing a layer of sheets compared to the other, which was odd and slightly uncomfortable. The mini-fridge was not cold enough, which made it difficult to keep drinks and snacks fresh. Additionally, the air conditioning would shut off by itself periodically, which was inconvenient and affected the overall comfort. Overall, while there were some positives, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance the guest experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel and now I am hooked to try and find them in each city or country I travel to first. No need to worry about adding some personal care items to your luggage since they are readily available and accessible to use. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Our family's stay at this hotel was delightful overall. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our vacation. We would consider returning for future trips.

the housekeeping team, and front desk staff were great, the rooms are clean and modern. nothing bad to say! i had a great stay

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the room the bed and the bathroom facilities. The fridge/cooler wasn't functioning and we had some rude experiences with 2 staff members. Other than those 2 people, the rest of the staff were polite and friendly

The hotel is really nice with the friendly staff!! We even met some players there!

Good comments : My partner and I book 2 night at Leonardo Hotel for his birthday in our arrival the hotel leave a card with some sweet was very kind also the emplacement of the hotel was good Bad comments : the hotel it’s huge with 4 lifts you can wait ages for 1 lift to come ; They don’t change the literie ((bed ****)) everyday

The hotel itself is a beauty, staff were very polite and professional, and breakfast was delicious and so filling. My bestie and I had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to the staff.
