According to the person I booked for, the price is not worth the room she was assigned, but it’s okay for a stay for a night but not for a continuous stay. Overall it’s okay.

I thought it would be nicer then it was the room was clean and only it wasn’t comfortable or cosy it felt cold needs brighter paint work. Felt eerie

Door banging overnight, room door no lock, superior room with stains on carpet no blind in bathroom, wires hanging off heater rail, very old mattress on bed and to top it all off the sink in the bathroom was not even attached or fixed to the basing unit. Not impressed. Checkout had to wait even though checked out early as nobody was at reception apart from a lady busy on the pc while others waited to check in/out or having breakfast and a member of the team smoking outside.

The staff were excellent no matter who was on the front desk. The room was exactly what you'd expect and the bed was comfy and the pillows good.

I was on a personal trip rather than my usual business so decided to treat myself to a little luxury. With this in mind I ignored the standard, shunned the premium & the superior rooms and decided it would be the luxury of an executive room for me. The guy on reception was great and was really helpful and chatty throughout my stay. However the room was nothing like the executive experience I was expecting. It was only just adequate and the most basis room I had stayed in for a long time. Several of the fixtures needed attention and I'm sure if the hotel inspector visited she would have something to say. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was free and easy.

Our suite was brilliant, very quite and warm. Great location Beefeater across the road, about 10 minute drive to bullring which costs about £10.00. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was bad. Shower head not hooked up, room dirty n dingy, very very poor wifi, very little heat.

Tatty room - sellotape on the ceiling, ripped wallpaper, door lock didn't work & shower was little more than a dribble.
