It was ok the beds and pull were not comfortable. However they are renovating so next time it will be awesome

Great service for what little I needed. Room was clean. Bed was alright. Only hang-up was the LG TV wouldn't turn on after usage (which is a common problem with LG TVs). Probably needs replacing. I would stay again.

The hotel was not what I expected, there were bugs in the room and the other occupants that had rentals were very loud and made us very uncomfortable.

Newly renovated for a great price. Also the lady at the front desk, cathy i believe, was excellent.

the rooms have been upgraded, but still lack some niceties...not much soundproofing, no luggage rack or place to put your suitcase, no kleenex, no daily refreshing of the room and replenishing of coffee supplies. Staff was pleasant, but lobby lacks decor. I will look elsewhere next time.

I didn't like the stairs outside to get to the room. I didn't like the urine stain on the wall behind the bathroom door. The bottom sheet on the bed had a discolored spot where your shoulders lay on the sheet.

Check in was initially problem free. My friend and I quickly put our bags in our room and then went to the event we were attending which was 5 minutes up the road. The event was scheduled to end late and so we returned after 9pm to find that our room key cards would not work! When we went to the front desk, there was one (exactly one) employee left to care for multiple people needing assistance, including two men who were reporting a theft - which coincidentally occurred two rooms down from ours. The lady at the desk did her best to help us but had to call maintenance - who didn’t answer. So she had to run up three flights of stairs to personally inform him that maintenance services were needed to let us into the room. Idk what he was doing in that office above us at almost 10pm, but a considerable amount of time later he finally arrived. With a disturbing amount of ease he manipulated the door with a device and let us into the room. We really wanted to leave and find somewhere else to stay at this point, however, other hotels were much further from our conference which continued early the following morning. So we tried to get some sleep and decided to check out early. The next morning revealed roaches and mildew/mold on the lampshades that we hadn’t noticed before. Needles to say, we left even earlier than planned. The front desk lady seemed annoyed when I complained about the experience. Bottom line: Red Roof Inn never again. Never.

Clean, good bed and good shower. No safe in the room which is a bit weird. But overall good for the price

If you like roaches & stains this may be the place for you. While the staff was super nice and did their best to accommodate me by allowing me to view the rooms in advance after I spotted a roach on the bed of the first room I walked in on, I had to take a pass and get a refund. I was given a key to see if another room would be a better option. I viewed 4 rooms in total - 2 were just not very clean looking (bedding had stains & one had what looked like blood stains), and the other 2 had live roaches - ON THE BED. Nope. Can't do it. I gave it a chance because I was exhausted driving all day hoping one of the rooms would be clean and bug-free. But I just can't do roaches. Nope. No way. They need to spray for bugs regularly and get new bedding. Nice people but I don't want to sleep with unwelcomed
