it was lovely. very clean. the room was small but we appreciated it. i had the room with nowindow but i don’t think that was a problem. everything was really fresh. only thing i didnt like was that the bathroom was a wet room so its really difficult to shower without soaking up the sink and toilet and whole room really

Good room, only problem was that there was no separate cubicle for shower. Both toilet and shower was in same place.

Service was amazing. I arrived at the hotel and they told me that the lift was broken and my room was on second floor which was just a standard sleep room so they said they can move me to an apartment room on the first floor which was absolutely amazing I was extremely grateful. I got to experience like had the apartment when was it was amazing and I just love this hotel. I’ve been coming here for so long now and I’m just in love with it. It’s so like convenient and close to the city centre it’s so cheap as well so I think everybody should come here if they’re looking for a cheaper affordable hotel which gives off nice luxurious vibes.

Great location in the jewellery quarter with everything we needed within walking distance. Room was spotless, although slightly small but perfect for an overnight stay. We would definitely stay again

I booked this hotel in Birmingham for my parents, but their first night in the UK was very disappointing. The elevator was broken without any prior notice, and the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. Even after my parents showed their booking confirmation, they were still made to spell their names again and again in a rude manner. My parents don’t speak much English and came here to enjoy their first trip to the UK. Instead of a warm welcome, the experience left them feeling stressed and uncomfortable.

it was okay wasn’t great didn’t like how the door would stay locked from the inside and there was a couple of chancels light system was very hard work was basic not like the reviews online
