The location is decent; it's a 15-minute walk from the train station, and there are convenience stores and a Chinese supermarket nearby. The hotel has a bar on the ground floor. There's no elevator, but it's not a high-rise building. The room is a bit small, but it offers good value for money. The decor is standard, but some fixtures need updating, like the wobbly shower door. It's suitable for a temporary layover.

Located in the city center in the Chinatown. Everything was accessible. A beautiful Indian restaurant right inside the hotel and we didn’t have to go out looking for one. Very warm and friendly staff and clean rooms. No regrets

The hotel was well situated in the town, 10 mins from train station, 10 mins from shops and 24 to utilita arena, few mins to 02 academy. The hotel hallways smelt horrible, the room was clean and had a kettle, cups, towels, tea and coffee and shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast was basic cereal and toast, few pasteries and was very nicely. Very cheap so you get what you pay for

Great small place. Clean and affordable. Breakfast is okay for the price. However after having my room cleaned I had my silver earring lost and did not receive any help from the owners.

The hotel is very near central Birmingham and few minutes walk to the mall, high street and train station which is convenient. The stairs are steep as noted on previous reviews, but bearable for fit travelers. The room is quite small but has everything you need for a short stay. There is limited selection on the breakfast spread.

Room was small and very hot. Breakfast was in the pub bar. Self serve off the bar counter. No hot food.. Very much a budget hotel.
