The aircon system was totally sucks, it happened to numbers of rooms, even we changed the room it wasn’t help. The staff told me that the maintenance can only be conducted on weekdays (our stays in during weekends) !!!! We can’t breath while we were sleeping, no choice but to open the windows. Our room is facing to the Main Street with heavy traffic even siren sounds from police car. Luckily we just stay for 1 night. Once is enough ！

Everything was great. Its close proximity to the train station makes it perfect for those on a tight schedule. The luggage storage service was incredibly convenient. We managed to explore Birmingham in a single day, dropping off our bags early in the morning and picking them up in the evening before catching our train to the next city. It made the whole experience simple and efficient.

Unfortunately other than its location this hotel has nothing good going for it. There was a queue when I got there, strange for that time - 20:30ish. The lift was dark and depressing, the room even more so. There was an awful smell like vomit lingering in the room. The floor looked unclean. The bathroom floor was the same and the corners were filthy. I didn’t feel clean being in the room. The tv was good as it was a smart tv so I watched what I wanted. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every noise and things being plugged into the sockets on the wall. The doors banged shut and this was annoying all night. The wallpaper was very old and was covered in layers of paint. There is no air con, the heating was on when I entered The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on. The springs were poking me all night long, I barely slept. There was no hairdryer either so I didn’t use the shower. If your on a super tight budget sta here but I’m sure you can find airbnb cheaper than this.

Good location but there is a nightclub nearby. It was too noisy when we opened the window. The cooler air cond) was out of order. Hotel staff Romila was very helpful. She arranged another room with cooler working properly. Therefore, we can close all the window to reduce the noise and can have better sleep.

Great service. Arrived with Baby, and they really were very helpful. Supplied cot, hot water for baby food in the cafe and a heater as room was a little cold.

Excellent location and service in the hotel - restaurant was good and breakfast a very good table service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay! Loved my stay at Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre. The room was clean, comfy, and in a great location. Huge thanks to Jenos and Grey for their amazing customer service — super friendly and really went the extra mile. I’ll definitely stay here again!

It was worst experience , I planned one night stay in Radisson blu hotel with my husband and I booked hotel through trip app and in this app no where they mentioned about 50 pound deposit when we arrived in the hotel then receptionist informed us 😒 about deposit and second thing AC as well as TV not working and it was my husband birthday I booked that hotel to make his birthday more special but unfortunately that night gave us worst memory . Receptionist gave fan but it doesn’t work , room temperature was not tolerable , my husband felt suffocated , he  slept only for 2 hours . Hotel was fully booked so that’s why we have no option to changed the room but they ready to give us refund but refund is not solution because it’s disturb our plan , budget ☹️.

Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel. The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower. Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

The transportation is convenient. It is very suitable for business trips. It saves a lot of time and can rest. There are also many places to eat around. It is convenient.
