Wonderful location - really nice hotel with friendly staff. It has its on hamam which is great!

Location is great, centrally located and the staff was super helpful (they helped us make several dinner reservations and booked us a private car for a half-day trip outside the city all via email), my only negative was the hotel is a little dated and could use a refresh, but otherwise great stay at a local hotel in Bishkek. Would recommend!

We stayed three nights at the beginning and one night at the end of our tour in Kirgizstan (in rooms 302 and 304). The hotel has a perfect and also a quiet location in the centre of the city. It is only a few minutes walk to the central square. It is an older hotel, with charm. The room has good beds, tea facilities and good WiFi. In the reception of the hotel is an ATM. The breakfastbuffet was a joy for the eye and offered a lot of choices. We appreciated very much the service of the employees. They had arranged (for $ 20) on our request an airport taxi in the middle of the night when we arrived. As requested we also had a quiet room at the backside. We have had a good “take away breakfast” because we had an early flight home. Overall a hotel where we would stay again if we ever would be in Bishkek. If we have to mention a minuspoint, it is perhaps the few electricity sockets in the room for charging our phones.

Not flexible and not smart staff, very rude security service.Becouse they can ask the "guest" to leave the pool immediately((( I felt very uncomfortable that moment ((( I lived here more than 10 days.

The rooms are old. There is no sound insulation. The hair dryer is very old. The breakfast is a small buffet but quite filling and delicious. Since it is centrally located, you can walk everywhere. The reception is very nice and helps with everything. Thanks.

I think they gave me an upgrade since my room was particularly large. a suite in short. apart from this it is equipped with all comforts, clean and very well furnished. I ate an excellent steak in the restaurant. and also the next day a decent cheese plate. very busy during the day. few people in the evening. I didn't see the spa or swimming pool, even though they speak very highly of them.
