My stay was pretty good the staff do it from my head was with the young girl that was checking in she was kind of rude other than that my state was very pleasant.

The hotel is old and needs updates. Our room was clean but it had a strange smell. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor to the front door. The front door was warped so you had to pull it or push it hard to open and close it. Parking was also limited. The bed was clean with fresh sheets and it was very comfortable. So needless to say we had a good night sleep. The staff were very nice and helpful. They made our stay wonderful.

Property is run down. Shower curtain rod was about to fall down. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Broken tiles in the bathroom floor and mold around the base of the toilet sealed in with clear silicone. A/C filters hadn't been cleaned in months so they put a dryer sheet over the intake side. Seats in the breakfast area were gross and torn. Pool was not open at the time posted and front desk wanted to argue about the hours when it was posted on the wall. They also were out of towels at the pool by 10am.

Room was clean but a bit outdated and the wallpaper was peeling off in one corner. The bed was very comfortable. The only disadvantage was the website claimed there was pack n plays and cots available for guests, so we booked one king bed and was planning on putting our baby in a pack n play. Come to find out they don’t offer cots or pack n plays, with the hotel being full and no other room options we had to go buy a pack n play for $60. If they don’t offer those amenities, they should take it off of the website we that guests can plan for that.

This is our 3rd or 4th time checking in at this hotel. We always have a great experience. We appreciate their staff, Steve. He was very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Bismarck.

My wife and I both agreed our king size bed was one of the best we have ever slept in.

Breakfast waffle and scrambled eggs were delicious. Not impressed with no meats offered.

As you walk to the front door you question entering due to the condition of the welcome mat. The stool behind the counter was duct taped and foam was sticking out. The entry furniture was grimy and the breakfast area chairs had vinyl peeling off of them. The pool is dirty. The floor and pool. One pool was not heated. The splash pad did not work. The room was ok but the chair was grimy. Would not recommend.
