The breakfast is good and a good offer. The restaurant is closed and therefore you have to go out for lunch and dinner. The staff is rather unfriendly. The entrances to the hotel are not cleared of snow, either during the day, in the evening or in the morning. Even if there is half a meter of snow, the hotel staff doesn't care at all.

Empty for some toppings for breakfast. Took 20 minutes before refilling. For example, eggs and juice. No instant coffee in the room on the first day, but it was refilled on day 2. Cups/glasses in the room had been removed after day 1, but no new ones had been put in, so we had to go down to reception to collect them. The shower set in the room was broken. Not the biggest bugs, but annoying enough. The dinner at the hotel, as well as the service, was great.

Nice room and nice hotel. Lovely view from the room but the breakfast was poor. Was served cold frisbee eggs which had clearly been kept in a warming cabinet where the yolk on the fried egg was hard boiled. Much that went empty during breakfast and late replenishment of miscellaneous.
Very good dinner then, but the quality of the breakfast has a lot to go on.
Disappointing as we have experienced better on previous stays.
Otherwise a very good stay and perfect on the occasion of Ørland Rockfest.

A lot of noise, this is due to renovation so it is understandable.
Overall an OK option, nothing that was particularly good or bad, but I think the price for one night was a bit high compared to what you get.

This hotel is mainly aimed at conferences. It was now, at the beginning of August, extraordinarily quiet. We had room 227 which was the last room in the hotel and quite a walk. We thought that was special as there were only a few guests. The breakfast was fine, the bistro was closed. The room was otherwise fine, there was no cleaning, only the pillows were put back on the bed. The ladies at the reception were very friendly.

The hotel itself is relatively new and nice, and is excellently located towards the sea. But the breakfast had lost a lot since our last stay here. Firstly, due to the festival there at the weekend, the breakfast time was limited to 8-10, probably to save money as I guess it was assumed that festival participants would not get up until this time. In addition, there was a very limited offer, drinks and hot food were not replenished, and when told about this, they were only told that it was empty. The hot food that was there was no longer hot either, sausages, scrambled eggs and tomato beans are best when it's not freezing!
The room was not very clean either, and there was a lot of strange smell through the hotel corridors. It's also not so good when you pay extra for a sea view, that dirty windows obstruct the view. But of course, it can be demanding to keep the windows clean of sea spray when the hotel is located roughly on the sea. Otherwise, everything was fine, good beds, nice bathroom. A little small TV in the room in relation to the distance from the bed.
