Before i start to complain let me say the staff members was polite and efficient i can't complain at all -Akena, Safiyah, Gale and Niketha you all did a wonderful job the food was delicious. They better keep you all there are so much more but i can't remember all their names. 1- We ask for a king size bed we got 2 small ones which was a no no for us, but we couldn't change so we had to settle for that. 2- The balcony had no chairs to sit on, so we had to use to use the chairs from inside the room to sit on the balcony. 3- The music needs to be upgraded you can't just have jazz or Spanish music but mix it up a little with some Soca or steel pan or live entertainment because it had none and i was there for 7 days every time i finish dinner was straight to bed what is the sense i came to the hotel for, Managment better than that or else i won't be coming back there at all. upgraded your hotel.
