Once again another fabulous stay at the Cathedral square Premier. The team here really are fantastic and shine at everything from service to food etc. As usual we were treated like family, nothing was too much trouble and the food was fantastic. A small technical issue meant the restaurant had to close through no fault of anyone, but this did nothing to dampen our stay with this fabulous hotel with a brilliant team !!! Thanks people, we will definitely be back.

A comfortable stay for a night. Great location opposite the station with taxis and other restaurants nearby. Hannah checked me in and took my order for dinner which was prepared by Josh. Both were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great weekend stay in this Premier Inn. It is literally a few metres from Blackburn station. The Premier Inn was a modern one with really good sound insulation- we didn’t hear anything from any other guests at all. Breakfast was a not a very good experience though. We felt that the staff there were under too much pressure. Hot food wasn’t ready and we had to queue while we waited for more to be made and tables were left in a mess while the staff tried to cope with a full dining hall. Apart from that, it was a really good stay, in a smart hotel.

I stayed with my husband and it’s great. spotless room,friendly staff,close to everything for shopping and food places.greeted on arrival by Kay and sian who were lovely helped us find the mall which is a 5 min walk away.breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from the chef Jamie was friendly and declan who seated us was too and helped me with my questions about which bus we needed to catch to the hospital .lovely stay will be back in future:)

Clean room, quiet st night, very friendly/helpful staff. In Blackburn for ice skating competition, very conveniently located near to rink and railway station or there’s a car park very close to the hotel.

After a long day of work and travel we was checked in by Zoey who was very welcoming and friendly. When we got to the room we had a lovely suprise of some treats awaiting us. We also came for breakfast and was greeted by Sian were we had an amazing breakfast. We also was helped by Keira for helping get us some more towels. Genuinely such an amazing stay and the staff are amazing and truly make the experience.

Shocked and bewildered to find what I can only describe as a monthly cycle stain on the duvet beneath the duvet cover Filth and grime in bathroom not even swept never mind mopped or wiped Absolutely lifting Refunded for my stay, but offered nothing in compensation, guest relations behaved as if they are doing me a favour with refund I had to explain the definition of goodwill gesture to guest relations manager Awful experience Complaints staff blasé and disingenuous Manager of hotel didn’t even want to inspect the room when I made complaint on site
