PERFECT in every way highly recommend to anyone looking to go. We only stayed for one night but the room was lovely 😍 super clean and cosy to relax in after being out most of the day, Tina was lovely and we would definitely book AGAIN the next time we come to Blackpool

A traditional British Guest House that is quintessentially British. Excellent Guest House, clean, quiet and well located. Friendly owner always on hand to help or chat with. Excellent for solo guests and nice couples. Not recommended for children. Comes highly recommended and if I had to return to Blackpool this would be my obvious place to stay.

Booked here for 1 night to stay on the 20th of August 2022 with my 9 year old daughter. As we were staying for another 3 nights in Blackpool somewhere else. From the 22nd. Room was ready at 12.15. Went upstairs to the very top, room number 9. Right next to number 10. Me and my daughter chilled out, but the noise from banging around this hotel was ridiculous. Number 10s tv was extremely loud but because it was 5pm tea time, it was passable. I head them leave and switch tv off at around 5.30pm. Me and my daughter both said peace and quiet. This room reminded me of a hostel when i was younger, bed like a park bench, the room and bedding smelt old and damp. But only had 1 night so it was what it was. Me and my daughter went out for a few hours and came back around 7.40pm, we went to sleep at 10pm. Flat out we were in the uncomfortable bed,,, we were Woken up at 1am in the Morning to a bathroom door getting slid open and shut open and shut from the 2 adults in number 10.... 15 minutes went past and there tv was ridiculously loud. I said to my daughter to my daughter im going to ask them to be quiet and turn tv down. I knocked quietly on number 10, 3 times but no answer, so I went down stairs to see management but no1 was available or there, as the owner was at home witha broken leg. I went out the front to see to adults, man and a women, I asked them if they were in room 10, yes we are the lady replied, could you please turn the tv down and please stop banging as you have Just woke me and my daughter up. And it's 1.20 am now. The lady said, excuse me I've lost my phone, he said what you talking about, I then repeatedly said you are making loads of noise and your tv is blasting could you please turn it down. The lady said to her partner you just do what you were doing, I said excuse me I can tell you've been out and had a good drink, please turn down your tv. She said that I was drunk. Mind you I never drink alcohol, ( boring a know) but I'm with my daughter who's 9. I then said, turn ya flipping tv down now as it's ridiculous, the mam said ok, he followed me upstairs to were he looked like he had taken more than just alcohol. Bearing in mind their was another family with 2 kids aswel, the lady came running upstairs, banging about as she was a extra large lady and said what the F.... are you going on about , at this point my daughter stuck her head out the bedroom door to see where I was, then to My horror this lady pointed 👉 in my face and punched 👊 Me in the chest and pushed my arm as I blocked her. My daughter was screaming I ran in my room and rang the police , told them exactly what had happened to me and my child. They wer too busy to come out and give me an appointment to come see me on Sunday 22nd. I then rang the lady who texted me details of my stay ( lady who owned the hotel) as I remembered I had her details after looking for them downstairs after police was rang. She couldn't come out and remove this person who assaulted me infront of my
