Stayed here as its closed to the hospital due to a poorly loved one. Room was lovely and warm on arrival. Very clean and fully stocked with basic toiletries and bru making things. Bed was huge and so comfy

Love this hotel has everything you need and alway very clean staff very helpful parking amazing and I had electric car always a spare charge as they have loads there and not bad price

The hotel is in a good location with great amenities. The food was excellent and the check in easy. The room is clean and the bed large and very comfy. The duvet very warm and in 100% cotton. However our stay was at Christmas and we were not informed there would be no refreshments apart from a booked breakfast and sit down lunch. This ruined our stay and we were thankful we'd taken snacks.

Good facilities such as pools and sauna as always, but rare choices of breakfast buffet, stay 4 nights but had to request reception on the first day to third day for tidying up the room

Very nice hotel and grounds, wish we could have stayed a bit longer and explored all of the facilities and surrounding area.

Conveniently located with free parking on weekdays, suitable for both vacations and business trips. Stanley Park is within walking distance, making it one of the better locations in Blackpool.
