Reviews of Alderley Hotel Blackpool

For the last minute booking was perfect. Clean,all you need in the bathroom, cofee,tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, we have been asked if we want more but it was enough for 1 person. The receptionist was very good, polite, all the time there to help. I will come back there again definitely. Highly recommend!

Accommodating staff. Nice place. Would love to have more toiletries in the rooms. Also would prefer to have the convenience of being able to have full meals on site.

Fairly okay for a family

Great, well priced, parking, wonderful breakfast. A good walk to the blackpool tower. Comfortable rooms, pool table and bar.

Lovely little hotel, amazing host nothing is too much trouble we had a young waiter and waitress for breakfast they were very helpful and pleasant would definitely recommend 😀

Awful, truly Awful. Dirty, smelly, unfriendly, bad food. Manager is a right moody and nasty man. Do not stay here there are sone lovely hotels nearby

Absolutely wonderful weekend spent at the Alderley Hotel, Hotel staff very attentive,friendly & nothing is to much trouble, rooms are nice & clean, fresh clean bedding & the breakfast is fantastic, one of the best I've had, I have met & made some Amazing new friends too , Thank you for a great stay, will be back without a doubt

Just had a great stay here! The host was amazing so nice and welcoming, he made it! I would go back just to see him. Nothing was too much trouble

This is our goto accommodation in Blackpool. Although the hotel is situated south of the Pleasure Beach, transport links are great with tram stop and bus stops on your doorstep. Rooms and hotel in general, spotlessly clean. Fantastic, delicious breakfast homecooked by the owner Kas (and sometimes James) and well stocked bar with music and a pool table. There's free parking accessed from the lane to the rear of the hotel. The owner is well versed in food allergies and if you let him know in advance, he can supply gluten/dairy free options. All in all this is a super friendly, well run great priced hotel and we always look forward to visiting whenever can get to Blackpool. Thank you Kas and sorry we missed you this time but James was a fantastic alternative.

Breakfast was to die for, plenty to choose from, staff could not be any nicer, parking brilliant, internet excellent firestick never buffered once, bedroom a bit dated bed comfortable, we were late booking , we had a sea view, tram stop and bus stop right across the road, all in all very good experience , hotel has a pool table, bar cold pop etc. owner took our suitcase up the stairs for us, has a nice we sun room. Just returned from the Alderhey Hotel Blackpool after spending 2 nights there. You can smell the freshness in the bedlinen, the owner's were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. If you have mobility issued you would need to catch the tram to the main resort area's.

Last minute booking as a family get away. Hotel itself a little tired in places. Room was adequate with all amenities needed. Just parts of it needed refurbishment where other parts you can see have been updated. What the hotel lacks in modernisation is made up for by the hotel manager. He was friendly and chatty. Very attentive, breakfast was fresh and lovely.

Been going away to Blackpool for over 30 years , it’s defo up there with the best Excellent stay, highly recommend 1st class breakfast Made u feel so welcome Defo stay again Tram stop directly opposite Parking available Thanks for a fantastic stay

The hotel is basic but not any less so than most of the other guest house/hotels in Blackpool. There’s parking and it’s quite handy for the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastles swimming and the South Pier attractions. Room was adequate for a couple of nights stay and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The chap that owns/works there was very helpful and happy to help so if your just looking for a few days in Blackpool then this place will meet your needs.
