Location excellent. Owners fantastic man and wife. Everything was really good. Best breakfast in Blackpool. Nothing was a problem. We never had any problems. Easy access for disabled people. We had b&b. Also evening meal. Very tasty. Magic. Could make meal from order. Things not on menu. Very helpful. Glad we stayed in premises. Certainly recommend

Booked for 3 nights, stayed for 2. Family room was very small but we managed. Friendly enough staff but the rooms and the upper floors are quite tatty. The furniture in our room (10) should have been burned on a bonfire in the 80’s. It was falling to bits, paint peeling and handles on drawers missing I was very surprised at how awful it was, they really could spend £50 and get better from a second hand shop. The bedding and towels were pristine and good quality although there are springs coming through on the left side of the double bed… We had breakfast on the second morning, it was fine and the coffee was better than those sachets in the room. FYI for people with even the slightest of mobility problems, the stairs are very very steep, especially to the top floor. It’s a typical b&b for Blackpool but I won’t be back in Blackpool again. It’s not cheap and it’s not cheerful in my opinion.

Lovely hotel. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, very approachable and helpful. The bed linen was clean and pristine and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with good variety and as much toast, tea and coffee as you would wish. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be our go to on our next visit to Blackpool.

Great place to stay with super customer service and great staff. I stayed in a family room which was very comfortable and well provided for. There was a great breakfast provided in a lovely dining area. The Brooklyn is also in a very good location a few hundred metres from the promenade and tram stop. The Brooklyn went out of their way to support me with something after I had completed my stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic breakfast really filling Bed very comfortable linen really clean We stayed at the very top of hotel room 19 even though it was extremely hot we still managed a goodnight sleep Our host s are so lovely nothing to much trouble. We will be back in a couple v of weeks. Tram and bus stop 2 minutes away.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. I found the bed to be comfy and had such a good couple of nights sleep being woken up by the blissful sound of the sea. I was lucky enough to be able to see the sea from my window which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was extremely yummy and kept us filled up. There is a tram stop at the end of the road which is extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay, excellent value for the money... clearly very hard working owners who care. Very clean. Towels and linen were immaculate. The breakfast is fabulous, really well cooked and the highlight of our stay. The breakfasting room is gorgeous- clean and bright with beautifully set, clean tables. Attention to detail here is evident. Nice little bar downstairs and very reasonably priced.

This hotel is very clean the owners are very friendly nothing is to much trouble beds are comfy and the breakfast is amazing will be booking again for next year

After dropping relatives off at their hotel and seeing what theirs was like we didn’t have high hopes. Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome, owners Majick and Zeeta are very welcoming, very friendly and great hosts. Cleanliness is immaculate, yes some of the fixtures and fittings are not as new as they could be but given the price we paid and the wonderful hospitality it is excellent value for money. Yea and coffee in the room and tv was great. We had a ground floor disabled access room with walk in shower, just what was needed. Breakfast was excellent. Cereals, fresh fruit, orange and apple juice and squash as you chose. Tea coffee and cooked breakfast with your particular choices, nothing was too much for them to arrange for you. Towels and bed linen were immaculate. We had a few drinks in the small bar in the hotel and the customer focus was again superb. Very reasonable prices to boot. All in all, if we come back to Blackpool, we will stay here again. Congratulations to Majick and Zeeta on their establishment.

We had a lovely time at the Brooklyn Hotel this week only two night at a really nice BB in Blackpool 15 min walk to the tower or longer if your slow like us. Only met two of the staff but did not help us enough very friendly and nice to talk to breakfast was very nice and filled my up for the day you can add on the the standard breakfast if you like room was very clean only shampoo in the room but we take it anyway bar open till 10:30 really good service and price for the drink would go back

A real gem, if you're looking around for a stay just stop and book it now. It's clear the owners care about the place passionately and giving great service. Warmly welcomed and guided through facilities, the whole building was very well presented and cared for. The rooms were well cleaned, in good condition with all amenities covered, sockets available, TV, good shower and bathroom facilities, plentiful tea & coffee. Under pinning it all it really felt nothing was too much for these hosts. To top it all off a truly standout breakfast to set you up for the day couldn't ask for better. Stayed here with the wife and 2 kids we had fantastic access to everything Blackpool had to offer, drove a lot however the beach was 5 mins walk from the door along with the tram stop covering the length of the promenade so easy access for all. To the owners a huge thank you for what you do & I wish you absolute success with this place, you are doing a wonderful job.
