I had a great time in Blackpool with my son and his friend...the Balmoral hotel was recommended by a friend...he was so right, it was as good as he said...the waiter (( Keith )) was the best part of the holiday he was so helpful not only to me and my son and his friend...I noticed he was so kind to everybody . He is an asset to your hotel

Stayed for two nights April 24 with my daughter and Mum and Dad. We arrived a little early and were given a warm welcome. The team here are a credit to the hotel. Keith looked after us very well in the restaurant and was always helpful and friendly. We were helped to our newly decorated room with our bags by the team too and gave us extra pillows soap and hangers straight away on request. For the money the food was good and we enjoyed a drink and the bingo next door at the Craig y Don which we could access through the restaurant while the weather was so bad. Would definitely recommend and will visit again. Thanks to all the team for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay in the Balmoral hotel. New decorated hotel our family room 318 was spotless clean with plenty of space. Big shout out to Keith our waiter who always went above and beyond making us feel welcome (even giving us some chocolates at dinner).

What a gem. Recently refurbished, this hotel offers a breath of fresh air for Blackpool. The rooms are bright, colourful, airy and as clean as a whistle. The staff are delightful and they couldn’t do enough to make our visit the best it could be. Highly recommended.

Been to The balmoral hotel a few times and always had great food and entertainment the staff very helpful I even got a ground floor room after emailing them before we arrived as it helped with my mobility issues the new look was amazing the shower was a bit larger as well so easier access not much room between bed and toilet access but ok for a short break I didn't really like having to go next door for entertainment again due to mobility issues I know they have lifts but very small so did not feel comfortable going into it entertainment was great all in all I would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel for great staff, food, entertainment

Great location, staff are really friendly and Michael in particular couldn’t do enough for us and there were a few of us staying throughout the hotel. I Stayed in single room 212 which has just been redone and was lovely, thanks for looking after us!

We went in on Monday (01/04/24) to have a quick look at The Balmoral after it had been fully refurbished, I must say we were very impressed, the hotel has transformed into a place like no other. The new receptionist was very friendly when we asked to have a quick look around the hotel, even went out her way to ask if we wanted to see a room but after staying in one of the refurbished rooms in October we knew how lovely the rooms are. What a transformation since last year, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to returning in July. A Huge Congratulations to The Balmoral on their beautiful refurbishment it looks EXCELLENT. ❤️😍🥳🎉

We were booked into the craigydon for 5 nights arriving on 28th March the room was not what we had requested. So Neil the Manager gave us a room in the Balmoral which was opening on Friday. The room was on the ground floor and was excellent the beds the linen and the large walk in shower was first class. On arriving in the restaurant we were met by Keith what a gentleman nothing was too much trouble for him and what an asset to the hotel thankyou Keith hope to see you again .In the bar young gentleman called Conner again first class in everything he did keep up the good work. Thankuou to reception for politeness and professionally. REGARDS ALLAN JAMES

This hotel is advertising top high quality nightly entertainment within their hotel - lies - they are charging £5 per head to go next door to the Craigydon to listen to the entertainment in there, good way to get the funds back for their upgrade 🤬🤬🤬
