Was good hotel but no water and thank Chang my room when asked

No one at all to man the building you have to call the owner who is not on site at all just to book you in then they leave again, shower freeing,underneath bed filthy,boil the kettle and fire alarm sets off,absolute shambles

Friendly environment and very cooperative .

Hot water tap was not working. TV was not working. Room is too small.

Nice hotel worth it for the price stayed few nights and hotel manager was helpful with any issues

Decent hotel for the price. Isn't the cleanest hotel but sort of acceptable. Would recommend to those looking for a cheap stay but if you have a little extra budget then better off spending the little extra for something better. Was allowed to check out later than usual which was very beneficial to get a little extra sleep in after enjoying the night out.

I've stopped in a few poor B&B's in Blackpool over the years but this was on another level.  On arrival the hotel wasocked & looked like a building site more than a hotel. There was heaps of construction waste around the side & the rooms to the front had dirty net curtains tied up in what looked like being prepared to be painted.  We finally managed to get someones attention by banging on the window in what looked like a makeshift reception which was an empty room with desk & laptop. The guy was very polite but my first question was ”are you really open for buisness” as the place looked part way through a refurbishment.  The room was a small twin with 2 very soft uncomfortable beds only one curtain which was dropped over the window which it didn't cover & couldn't be drawn back ! The fixtures were rusty & looked unclean & i didn't even want to use the kettle. Bizarrely a full packet of biscuits which was probably the highlight of the stay. The shower was surprisingly good in a very dated bathroom, with towels ike tissue paper with a small shampoo bottle provided. There are parking spaces out the front. They really should close & get the place into a condition to be ietting rooms.
