Bed & Breakfast LakeBled House

This was an ideal place to stay in Bled. We stayed in a three bed room, with a balcony area and lovely views north to the mountains. Owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar was extremely well stocked and great value. We used it as a base for lots of sightseeing and hiking and really have no complaints.

A cozy place in an exceptional location, within 10 minute walking distance from both lake promenade and Bled castle, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. There's a nice pub just downstairs and a few restaurants nearby, but there's also a fully equipped kitchen free to use with everything you might need (dishes, utensils, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc). The room was rather large, with a private bathroom and a private back door exit, everything very clean and comfortable. My wife found it a little bit cold but it was warm enough for me and there were extra blankets so it was really not a big deal. On top of everything, the host Mitja was very welcoming and outgoing and gave us some very helpful information about what to see in Bled and around the lake. All in all we really liked our stay at this place and when we come to Bled next time it will be our first option.
