Room was fantastic and the staff was there for everything we needed. Hotel was clean and the pool was great. Breakfast was great as well with a good selection!

The room was clean, as described, and spacious. We had all of the dishes and toiletries needed. Staff refreshed the room every other day. The pool is heated and in a warm indoor area. The laundry is convenient to use. This location has lemon infused water, hot teas, and coffee available 24/7 for free! It was a great experience! Only downside, the wifi is slow and lacking for streaming and the pool is sometimes utilized by a local swim school.

I found the staff to be very kind and welcoming! They were willing to help in any way. Room was clean. Breakfast fell a bit short for me but it was included so I can’t complain much. I think what bothered me the most was the noise of the furniture moving in the rooms from I believe the kitchenette? And you can hear others moving too when they walk. It’s a bit distracting. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here. It was super close to everything in town.

Yes. Very clean and staff was courteous. Pillows were not firm enough and television channel selection was limited. Did not receive any receipt.

The staff was excellent, the room itself was above what we had hoped for. It fit all of our needs.

Staff was very nice and the check in was smooth. The room 1 bedroom suite we had was a great size and clean. The bed was not very comfortable though. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, there wasn't much of a selection.

We decided to stay at the home 2 because of the high rating. What a mistake, under staffed the whole 7 days of our stay which meant no room cleaning for the first 5 days, limited breakfast service, pool closure due to no cleaning of the pool or the bathroom which was beyond disgusting, we felt very bad for the workers who did show up. We will stay at the hotel we normally chose when visiting Bloomington from now on.
