Upon arrival I was informed that they were charging a deposit again. They had stopped for well over a year, and without advanced notice they wanted a $100.00 deposit. I was not prepared for this and it left me short on money. They would not release it at checkout so I am still without my money. I also requested a late check out. I was told that I was in good standings with the hotel because I frequently stay there. They wouldn't let me do a late checkout. A new policy would charge me per 15 minutes past 11am. So to leave 1 hour later it would cost me $40.00. I don't think I will be back to stay again. Very disappointing. Breakfast was awful, they were out of everything. Cost goes up, quality goes down. Not so quality inn.

Check in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!

It advertises there is a free shuttle. Wrong! They discontinued that when the pandemic hit. The photos are nice, but the place was a dump. It was unkept, door knob missing on the bathroom door, toilet broken, security chain lock broken. I will warn anyone and everyone not to use this facility until they do a major reparation.
The person at the desk paid for the taxi to provide a ride to the airport when we left, now what do we do when we return? SO DISSAPPOINTED.

The pictures online did not match up with the room we had reserved whatsoever. Upon check in we were not informed of an additional $100 deposit fee, which was not an issue but we would have appreciated being told about it along with the parking fee that is $10 per day. When we received our room key, we immediately noticed the room was dirty and we informed the hotel staff on duty that we would not be staying in that room and were told that they believed they had no other rooms available. We then showed them the picture of the dirty mattress that had a dark brown stain and were then told all of the sudden that they did have another room available. Overall, we hated having to stay but because we traveled during a busy holiday weekend we had no other choice but we would never stay here again.
