I am very loyal to this brand, and want to continue to believe that they uphold a high standard in customer care, but this location proved me wrong. As a diamond member, you would think they would at least give you some sort of perk, but they did not. They barely even wanted to give me breakfast. I repeated my questions and the guy at the front desk on 10/15/23 at around 8am kept saying no to everybting I said lol. For the hotel to have signs around saying “Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right. Guaranteed.” This was not the case, the guy that “helped” didn’t say a thing about complementary breakfast for being a diamond member, I had to tell him and show him my app for him to honor it… and just gave me 1 vs 2 for the friend that was with me- in addition to this, I asked him what the point of being a diamond member was if no perks were being provided, he proceeded to shrug his shoulders and act like he didn’t really care. I do not recommend this hotel. I really hope they get staff that wants to actually be nice and work here. Unbelievable experience for a Hilton Hotel :/
