Our family of four (parents, 9 yo, 11 yo) had a nice stay. So nice in fact that we stayed an additional, unplanned night for a total of five nights. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed—Mall of America, outlet mall, restaurants, Target Center, and more. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We’ve had several musty rooms at other hotels, so this was nice. Loved that there was a Starbucks/cafe and a restaurant. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were kind and professional. We seemed to get a late start in the mornings, so housekeeping wasn’t able to come in. We just asked for towels and extra tp when we needed them and it was no problem. Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly the first night. When we asked if someone could look at it, staff fixed it Immediately.   The kids only swam once. The pool was clean and spacious, just very hot and humid in the pool area. The beds (2 queens) in our room were comfortable. Our room had a fridge and coffee maker.   It was a fun, relaxing stay and we would return.

This is a very serviceable hotel if you need to be by the airport or Mall of America. The staff was very nice and the room very clean. The shuttle service was great but I did heed other reviewers’ advice and call several days ahead to get an airport pickup. The driver nicely dropped me at Mall of America and took my bags on to the hotel. I then called an hour before I wanted to leave the Mall and they picked me up.   The reason I am only giving it a “4” is I found the food in the Executive lounge to be only average and with terrible coffee. Although they had a pretty wide selection, I felt the quality need a boost if you are serving it your higher level Honors members. Also, there is really nothing around here besides the airport and mall so it’s not exactly a  “Vacation spot” and that is why I call it “serviceable”. I would stay here again only if I truly needed to be in this precise location.

During the National Day of the United States, I came to Minneapolis with the object. The environment around this hotel is not bad. It is a fast road, but it is quiet and clean. The service is also good, the price is reasonable, and it can meet my expectations.
