Very pretty and cosy home. The host is extremely welcoming with fruit, chocolate and drinks. It’s amazing and unexpected. We have had a wonderful holiday together. Our kids love the bunk bed and games in the basement.

All elevators are being repaired when I check out. Living on the fourth floor, it is a bit difficult to go to the underground parking lot with large and small bags. Great location, close to everything, highly recommended and also has a kitchen

I stay in the rivergrass home. The room was huge and clean also there was a fireplace in the living room and big table to have good dinner. However TV was so small and very outdated we couldn't even see netflix or youtube on it and the location was bit far from the main village

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! A few of the outstanding problems are the amount of pool time. 1 hour of pool time per room is a ridiculously low amount of time for people who are only interested in the pool. Next, is the lack of seating in the already tiny rooms. Having to sit on the beds is bad for my mental health. More private seating is needed. Then, we have the bathroom. This is an awful bathroom. The toilet flushes so loudly that it gives me a small heart attack . And the bathroom door wouldn't lock! Another thing that is beyond annoying is the paper thin walls. Because of the pet friendly hotel and a certain dog with severe separation anxiety, I now have a burning hatred and a ringing in my ear because said dog was barking for 4 hours straight. A small but significant complaint about the vending machine is that they layer the kit kats in front of the Twix, when I really wanted Twix. The stairs are quite scary, they are very trippy and shoes and pet paws get stuck in the hole of the stairs. Very unsafe for my little peppers. Finally, the service the day staff is quite unfriendly but they are just trying to abdicate for a terrible hotel. The night staff on the other hand wonderful people, they broke up a 10 for me.

I booked the room the night before our trip. I had no idea what to expect other than the pictures posted, which can sometimes be deceiving. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the facility and the room, as it was not just a room with a king size bed, but rather a small apartment! What a great deal! It was very cozy and inviting. We had a front and back porch with Adirondack chairs. There was a full size, fully stocked, kitchen and small dining area which was in the same space as the comfortable pull out sofa, 2 cozy arm chairs, a fireplace, and tv. Not one, but 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. It is located within a 5 minute walk to the village. Well worth the price and the visit. We will be back!

The hotel staff was very nice and willing to answer questions and meet our needs (e.g. extra blankets as we felt cold during the rainy season). The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel is nicely located and is very close to the restaurants, shops and the cable car station. Highly recommended.
