O Hotel atendeu minha expectativa e a relação custo/benefício satisfatória. A cordialidade no atendimento foi um diferencial. O café muito bom. Para ser melhor, deveriam avisar que não tinha faxina no sábado e o estacionamento ser coberto.

Reservei o hotel a trabalho, a conversa com quem me atendeu foi: gostaria de reserva para 4 pessoas, no mesmo quarto, porém, não sairemos às 12h (conforme me passou que se encerrava o checkout), reservei para saída às 18h, sendo assim, teria um acréscimo de 100,00. Fechei a hospedagem por WhatsApp e paguei os 50% referente a entrada. No dia da saida, chamei para pagar os outros 50%, me cobraram 100 a mais, além dos 100,00 que incluso para ficarmos até as 18h. Deu acaso, de sairmos ao meio dia. Então, paguei os 100,0” que seria até as 18h e td bem, já estava pago. Mas aí, o senhor que atende, muito grosseiros como em todos os atendimentos via WhatsApp, queria cobrar mais 100,00, pois segundo ele se encerrava as 11h ( ele falou que era 12h). Foi um leve momento de desconforto. Já havíamos pago a mais e queriam cobrar mais ainda. O brasileiro tá punk, sempre querendo tirar vantagem. Por tanto, não recomendo, pelo atendimento. Presando que não adianta ter um ambiente aconchegante, se quem está trabalhando ou cuidando do ambiente, age de forma ríspida.

O atendimento é ótimo, os funcionários são atenciosos, o café é sortido a localização é muito boa, porém o hotel deixa muito a desejar em estrutura. Os travesseiros são péssimos, a cama é boa, fiquei um período em quartos que a limpeza não era boa, e outro período nos apartamentos na frente que são bem melhores e também a limpeza.

Infelizmente não voltaria
O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada perto de tudo, inclusive pela proximidade da vila germanica isso superou minhas espectativas; porém o hotel precisa focar mais no conforto dos hospedes e não apenas no hall de entrada. ( É muito bonito) A cama de casal é pequena desconfortável, banheiro abafado sem janelas, roupa de cama ruins ( velhas)e a limpeza até que é razoável porém entra muito bichinho pelo buraco do cano do ar condicionado, talvez a única coisa que salvou no quarto foi o ar condicionado e o frigobar que gela bem as coisas dentro dele. O atendimento é muito bom fui muito bem atendido, são atenciosos e educados. Mas não voltaria pelo conforto e limpeza do quarto; talvez existisse quartos melhores na propriedade e tive azar de pegar um quarto ruim.
