I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. Room was nice and house keeping good. Outdoor restaurant staff were wonderful. We stayed two days and the second day the pool was out of service. Beach view was actually a side view of the inter coastal not the ocean. So, part parking lot part inter coastal.

My room key was disabled without warning after parking fees brought my bill for incidentals above the pre-approved amount. This was completely unacceptable. It would not have been difficult to call or email to notify me that I needed to re-swipe my card, rather than removing access with neither notification nor explanation.

A hotel with very little maintenance in all areas and poor cleaning. There was a musty smell in the room. Steff was unfriendly.

Staff is always amazing, very clean, and smells wonderful. I stayed here many times and never had a bad experience.

The hotel is nicely situated with views of the Boca Raton Inlet and Boca Raton Lake depending on the side you are on. Every room has a balcony, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and updated. The food at the pool bar and Kasumi is great and well priced. We arrived 3 hours before check in and were assured a room would be available soon. At 4:00 which is regular check-in time, still wasn’t ready. I find one staff member at the front desk inadequate for a busy hotel of this size. I wasn’t aware that you had to request housekeeping the day prior. The rooms are a bit tired - old carpeting, worn furniture, holes in the blinds and a struggle to get them up and down. I enjoyed my stay but feel updates are necessary in the near future.

View was fantastic. Great stay but property looks tired and the pool deck was not as nice as it appears on your website.
