The staff at the reception- the one who knows English that’s John is extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately the others don’t know English n can barely manage to communciate. The room size is good, balcony is extremely huge and nice to sit n a very good sea view. However the bathroom had a hi fi shower state and jaccuzi however it wasn’t working. The water was leaking from the AC and a pool was formed. Housekeeping staff was quite ridiculous and entered our room without our permission, which is quite ridiculous. Breakfast was good, though egg options weren’t there. They had a coffee machine so one could have cappuccino, hot chocolate etc.. It has been taken over by the Allan group but facilities are quite poor. No toiletries nothing is provided like living in a guest house. Pricing was high as compared to the services provided.

Negative points no reply when asking where to park, no tea bags and coffee for kettle when asked.

NOT RECOMMEND!!! The room was dirty and ercon was not working in the middle of the summer! When I complained they told me to wait after 4 hours the room was unbearable to be in ! I requested another room but stuff told me that Hotel is full!!! When I get upset and refused to stay and demanded to get my money back they found a room with ercon! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!!

Odada su bile yoktu. Klima saatlerce çalıştığı halde yalıtım kötü olduğu için hiç ısınmadı. Tanıtımda bahsedilen ikramlar da yoktu. Yeri ve dekorasyonu dışında hiç bir özelliği yok maalesef.

Memnun kaldık :) Çok temiz bir otel. Çalışanlar kibar insanlar . Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve fazlaca çeşit mevcut biz beğendik ama pandemi döneminde riski azaltmak açısından tabak hazırlarken maske takılması şartının getirilmesi çok iyi olur. Otelden dışarı adım attığınız anda merkezde olmak çok büyük bir avantaj ama malesef otopark için günlük 50 tl konaklama ücretine eklenmiş oluyor. Bizim için fiyat performans olarak iyi bir konaklama oldu. Tavsiye edeceğim bir otel :)
