Costa Bitezhan Hotel

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel! Upon check-in, I immediately felt a sense of care. I was especially pleased that there's Russian-speaking staff, a big thank you to Nazima, who explained and showed me everything. This greatly eased communication, and any questions were resolved quickly and without stress. The room was clean and cozy, everything was tidy. Breakfasts were excellent: a buffet with a good selection, and omelets are made right in front of guests – you can choose any filling. The kitchen is definitely top-notch! I'd also like to specifically mention the hotel's location, the beach, and the sunbeds – everything is very convenient and beautiful. The grounds are well-maintained, and it's pleasant to be there. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed from June 26, 2026. The room we were given was clean and newly renovated with new plumbing fixtures. The breakfast was wonderfully abundant. At the reception, we were assisted by the magnificent and attentive Russian-speaking girl, Nazima!! Big respect to the hotel! It's beachfront. The sea is a bit shallow, which is ideal for tourists with children. The pool is excellent, and there were always sunbeds available. Vladimir

The fact that the hotel is right by the sea is really nice, that was our primary reason for choosing it. The food is good, the beach is sandy, the room cleaning is a bit poor, only the towels were changed, the bed linens were not changed. If you have very high expectations, you may be disappointed. The potential of the hotel is clear.

All in all, it was mediocre.. But that was probably because we were there shortly before the hotel closed.. The location is great though.. But as I said, we were in the run-down version there

Great location - 1 minute to the sea, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Excellent all inclusive for the money! The food is delicious - chicken, beef, fish too) good fresh vegetables, excellent watermelons) there is a good selection of delicious desserts) Drinks - good beer, cocktails took gin with sprite - delicious) dry red wine, white is quite decent) Rooms - clean, small, with air conditioning, balcony. The furniture is not new, but very decent! We had a regular room on the second floor, the plumbing is updated, the room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, the bed is normal) cleaning, change of towels - every day. Nice pool, clean, with sun loungers. The hotel area is small, but clean! The staff always washes everything) And since the sea is nearby and there are many cafes and beaches - there is where to walk) Very polite staff! The guys at the bar, the waiters, the reception and the kitchen - well done! The only thing is that the carpets in the halls need replacing. Otherwise - very good)

There is no water after 11 o'clock in this all-inclusive hotel. You have to get your own glass of water from the bottle. It's a shame for all the money you paid. If you are thinking of going, don't go.

Tuvalet kagidina verilen paraya yazık o kadar ince ve kifayetsiz ki Havluların ve çarşafların yeni açılmış ve hiç yıkanmadan serilmesi çok amatörce ve hijyen kurallarına aykırıydı. Odada bavulların konulacağı bir sifoniyerin olmaması kıyafetlerin konulacağıbir dolabın olmaması çok zorladı. Kahvaltısı yeterli Kumsalı çok iyi
