What an amazing hotel, definitely 5*. Lots of food options, the main dining room caters for every taste. I would recommend eating in the a la carte restaurants, especially if you are there for more than a week. We ate at the French, Fish and Chinese restaurants. The food isn’t any better than the main restaurant but lovely ambiance and experience. Costs 15 euros for adults and 8 for kids, worth it. There are a few other restaurants dotted around which are equally as good and we tried them all, amazing set up. The bars are great too, with a big shout out to Ozzie at the pool bar. Engaged with us from the get go and great service. I would take some cash, as it is worth tipping the restaurant and bar staff to enhance the service, but more importantly to reward fantastic service. This is an extremely clean, friendly and welcoming hotel, well done staff, we will return.

Söze nereden başlayacağımı çok düşündüm, Bir şeyler yazmak için başladığınızda gerçekten bitiremeyeceğinizi düşüyorsunuz. Çünkü kelimeler ile anlatılamayacak ama yaşabileceğiniz çok şey var. Burada tamamen insanların mutluluğunun temeli atılıyor. Öncelikle Bir telefon kadar yakınımızda olan, desteği ile elinden gelenin en iyisini yapan, ricalarımıza gereken hassasiyeti gösteren,izin gününde bile telefonlarımıza cevap verip bize yardımcı olan CANSU Hanım'a Ailem adına teşekkür ediyorum. Güvenlik bölgesinden giriş yaptığınız andan itibaren tatilinizin kusursuz bir şekilde geçeceğini zaten hissediyorsunuz.Güleryüz ilgi alaka daha güvenlik girişinden itibaren başlıyor. Aracımız durduğu an çalışanlar kapıyı açıp valizleri indirmeye başlıyor. Im running out of time at dobedan and it makes me sad😕. This was great experience for me and my friends. I fell in love with this place. I really liked starbucks dobedan bar, bela bar and fitness. I really wish i could spend more time here. I train every day at group workouts and i really enjoy it. I wanna thank sophia for our workout . She is very nice fitness trainer. I came to Turkey with my friend for 1 week. We really like it here. The weather is the best. Room view, kitchen delicacies. I want to choose a gym because I can't do without training. It is so important to me that I am in the gym every day. Sofia, the trainer of the sports academy, was very attentive. We can talk about any topic. which is rare. SHe is an interesting person and an experienced employee. We appreciate such a professional reception. We will definitely continue our relationship with this hotel. Thank you very much for your warmth and attention.

Stayed here with my son and we absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily and food quality was good. The options and variety was a lot which will be good if you can eat a lot. The kids play area was great too. And the pools option were great too. The daily Starbucks drink too were nice. Highly recommend

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. We traveled as a family with children. Things we liked: entertainment for kids, kids club, gym classes (Sofia), tennis instructor was phenomenal. Things that could be improved upon: service at the restaurant (they seem overwhelmed and can’t attend to everyone’s needs), not enough of good sea food options, room doesn’t get cleaned properly.

Amazing holiday. Every year we are coming Dobedan exclusive. Every time F&B department were smiling. Breakfast, lunch, dinner was perfect . Entertainment department amazing . All activities wonderful . The evening programs and shows really good . Exactly we want to say thanks to Ricoo, Milan, Bayram and Furkan . Thanks for everything we will come back again.

We stayed at Alva Donne Belek from July 3rd until July 8th to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and to provide my 4-year-old daughter entertainment options such as Slides, parks and pools. We had booked our room as a standard room on the standard side of the hotel and because I had mentioned earlier while booking the kind receptionist (I can’t remember her name) upgraded our room to a sea view room. From this point onwards as an ex-hotelier I started to look out for issues and problems. Food & Restaurants The food is not good its amazing. I have never been to an hotel that provides this variety of meals and including the homemade touch. There were Turkish dishes, international dishes & Russian dishes to serve every pallet. I think I might have gained about 5 KG’s in 1 week because of this. Because of these meals I ate a lot and got sick. One of the Chefs Ibrahim was kind enough to prepare me hardboiled potatoes and a cold stomach remedy. Additional to this all staff was amazing to note some exceptional ones is Ramazan from the Main Restaurant and the team that helped me acquire some corn on the cob for my daughter. Every other day there is a time from 15.00 – 15.30 that the staff offers corn on the cob. But by the time I was there on all 3 occasions I was unable to get some for my daughter. In order to get that Niyazi & Durmus from Turka Restaurant and Mustafa, Yasar & Erhan from the Deluxe restaurant had to pull some strings to get a special corn order for us. My daughter was very happy in the end so thank you very much for making her smile. Guest Services The hotel was kind enough to send us a bottle of wine, fruit & small cake for our anniversary as well as allowing us to book a table by the pool side at the Deluxe restaurant. That was amazing. Housekeeping / Engineering I don’t know how they do it, but the housekeeping and engineering staff are amazing as well. The only problem is they are too fast. I remember asking for room cleanup via phone and housekeeping was knocking on my door in 2 mins. I had to make them wait a bit, but they are trough and clean to perfection. I would like to thank Nermin and all the team that oversaw the 2nd floor of the spa tower. Addition to this the entire resort is clean and is well kept. Nothing is overlooked. The same goes to the Engineering team. I had issues with the AC and my TV they came only 5 mins I hangup and solved my request before I was back to my room. Overall I would come here again this is probably the best hotel I have every stayed in my entire life. If you like perfection and care come here.
