The hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived the service was amazing. Loved our room, spacious, clean, Comfortable and it over looked pool with sea views. Restaurant was lovely with excellent choices every day. Entertainment was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel are courteous, helpful and friendly .

The hotel and the hotel facilities are nice. The spa, where they have professional masseurs, is very nice. My favorite, top masseur is Merdan. The beach is vast, clean. The level of table setting in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is worse, and also the daily cleaning of the room is not of high quality, it does not correspond to a 5-star hotel.

Could be so much better. This hotel looks great and has great facilities but it is let down badly by the food. It is beyond terrible. You will have the same food for breakfast, luck and dinner. Chicken nuggets and chips for breakfast? Not for me. At the pool snack bar service stoops at 6pm, I went at 5.55pm and the plates were cleared away but the food was still out. I asked for a plate and was told no, it’s finished. I then watched as the food was thrown out rather than allowing guests to eat. The a al carte restaurant, there are three is bizarre, you have to stay for seven nights before you can visit and even then you can only go to one. Not exactly 5 star service. Having said all that, the staff on the most part were excellent, especially Samet who whizzed around all day in his rollerblades delivering drinks with a smile. All in all it wasn’t a bad resort but as I at could be so much better.

Very nice hotel,rooms are great,food is good, pool and beach are good,staff is very friendly. But I most like spa center. Never better massage!!! Also full package with hamam is amazing! Best men for massage is Muzafer. And all staff in spa is great. Send my love for all of them!!!

Service amazing, animation so good and kind, food was really good but if you spend your holidays in Sensitive Premium you must try deserts, so delicious. Busra and Yaya from animation are really spectacular, activities all day, disco on the pool...food all day. You must come...

I spent two nights at Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. The service in the restaurant was particularly disappointing. The waitstaff seemed indifferent and would take away our plates even if we hadn’t finished our meals. It was quite unsettling to hear the sound of plates breaking as they rushed to clear tables without care. Additionally, the staff lacked warmth; there were no smiles or friendly interactions throughout our stay. To make matters worse, I had hoped for a special celebration for my birthday and my mother’s birthday. However, when I inquired about decorations or any form of acknowledgment from the hotel, I was informed it would cost an extra 70 euros. For a five-star establishment, I expected much more attention to guest experiences and arrangements. As our concept was all inclusive. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I left feeling let down. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service for future guests.

On our stay at the sensitive premium hotel and spa we found on arrival Mel was very friendly and helpful ensuring he got us to dinner before it closed and to assist with luggage to room The whole hotel is kept very clean throughout pool side and toilets also kept at a high standard of cleanliness Food is not 5 star in main restaurant but food being served at pool side is excellent The animation team there is a lovely bunch of people who are friendly but one that stood out for us is ASIYE she is very suited for the job very friendly interacts with everyone takes time to come and sit and chat with us every day entertaining is 100% she is defiantly the one that stands out in the entertaining department So holiday overall no complaints Outside the hotel there isn’t much big only a little drive in taxi gets you to Belec city worth a visit Land of legends 100% worth a visit and watch the show at around 10pm Laura parade worth a visit for shopping and a trip into Antalya worth a visit Would go back again x

We just got back today from staying at this hotel for 5 days! Overall it was amazing - especially the emanation team Nando, Meric, Sudan, Barbie, and all the other team were brilliant always something on the go to keep you entertained during the day and evening The food was lovely a lot choose from however mainly fish or Turkey but there was other options also - They also have an outdoor meat cooking area each night that was different from kebabs to chicken to ribs! I found so much choice there from pastries to salads to cheeses to Continental, soup eggs, breakfast also their bread is amazing! Our room was lovely and spacious. We had a pool view. There’s shops on site so that you can buy things if needed. Lots of different bar areas and sit and relax in different locations if you want it busy or quiet. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. There was always different staff going around collecting rubbish and cups and cleaning things. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff are really helpful when we had an issue with our safe they come straight out when we ran out toilet roll they came straight up Other reviews showed about cats. There is a cat situated in the hotel, but it was never a bother. The only negative thing that we could give the hotel is they don’t do Bacon for breakfast, but there’s so much more to choose from it wasn’t a problem There was only a few English families at the result a lot of them were German Russian Polish and Turkish however everyone was friendly and the team spoken all five languages and incorporated everyone in everything they did. You never felt left out or penalised. It really was amazing. We fully recommend x

I stayed here last week with my family please read my review in full if you are travelling with a family! the good: -Room was big and spacious and provided everything we needed -one evening there was an entertainment show which was brilliant (circus) -SPA - hammam was great and had a fantastic experience - the bad FOOD!!! - Please please be cautious - the food choices are terrible - same food everyday! no change in food options, most of the meat is turkey meat! food is reheated every day and served - doesn't taste fresh at all. Secondly we couldn't get any restaurant booking - only 1 resturant allowed for 7 day stay - we stayed less than 7 days so didnt get any options - most 5 star hotels offer restaurants - cleanliness - hotel doesnt seem 5 star standard and food area is flooded with flies/cats - staff - guest relations staff really rude and out to make as much money as possible. - not a child friendly hotel - the KIDS CLUB is really BAD!!!! a few crayons and paints and that is it! i was shocked - also only opens set times i.e 2.30-5pm (never seen this before in a 5 star hotel) - hotel entertainment - really loud inappropriate music/dancers for kids - i would say this is an adult only hotel nothing is catered for kids - finally - first evening we landed and checked in - we were told to wait until midnight for a soup snack - so instead we ordered room servie - food was freezing cold and undercooked - advised guest relations and she said 'JUST PAY' - really rude ! im afraid i will not be coming back - this is a 3 or 4 star hotel at the most.

If the room service you received was cold, it should have been immediately reported to guest relations. Complaints made four days after the food was consumed are not considered valid, and the associated payments are required to be made. Everything was as expected, even more, people so kind and helpful especially Veysel, Kadir and Salih made our holiday wonderful. All staff work so hard. Rooms are big and clean, plenty of tasty food, very good entertainment and nice people. Bus to beach or you can walk about 5 min. Nice pool area but can be more parasols to have a shadow. We really enjoy our stay.

Terrible service!! I've come at 6:00 AM at the Hotel and need to wait until 2:00 PM to get the Room! All this time i was without internet (WiFi)!!! The reason! You can't have internet until you are registered at the Room! The Pool was so Small. Medical Control at the Hotel *135€*! As for the waitres, they were so kind and so respectful. From 1 to 5 stars i only give 1 star! And that only for the waitres.

The Wifi terrible. First they dont tell you the password until you get a room, you may be waiting there for 7 hours until you get a room, and they dont give the password to you. But also the Wifi was sooo weak The food not as I expected, I also got sick after eating, but my husband didn't have any problem with food. AWFUL CLEANING SERVICE!!!! The hotel it's not clean, the room its never clean even if they come to clean it, the bars the buffet are also not that clean. The good in the hotel are people in the staff. They try so hard to do they best, always with a smile on they face, even if they're tired as hell.

We booked a holiday for two adults and two children. Upon arrival, we found that the room had only one double bed and one single bed. After raising this issue, they added an extra single bed to the room. While the fridge was restocked daily, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The food was average, with the same dishes often being repeated the next day. It was also noticeable that bread and similar items were reheated and served again. However, the most concerning issue was that my wife's watch was stolen from our room. Although we typically store valuables in the safe provided, on this occasion, the watch was left on the table. This theft is unacceptable. Given these issues, especially the theft of my wife's watch, we believe we are entitled to some form of compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused during our stay.
