Typical airbnb-type of place but surprisingly very nice room which is not expected when you are just viewing the building from the outside. The guy and lady who have helped me there were very friendly and pleasant.

Room was small - basic but comfortable. Our room was quite dark and too warm. Couldn’t open windows at night.

Very friendly staff, provides complimentary breakfast and is in an easily walkable and safe area. Very close to attractions and tour meetups.

In my opinion property was in a good location for tourist activities. Walking distance to Gold Museum, Plaza Bolivar, 24 hour OXXO a block away, Monserrate, Chorro de Quevedo and even Sabana station to take the tourist train to Catedral de Sal. Comfortable beds, clean room, quiet when windows are close (6th floor) friendly staff and flexible with booking we decided to stay 2 extra days and they were quick to accomodate.

Thank you Juliet for helping us when we needed it.
The room was dark and depressing. Very noisy from the neighbours during the night. Could not open the window wide enough to get the terrible smell out from the cleaning products they use. No fan to move the air. Water from the shower going to the room. Only 2 towels and nothing to put on the floor.
Front desk nice and helpful.
Breakfast ok.
Sadly, I would not stay there again.

Giving this hotel a 1 star because, I booked a room, but they were oversold and sent me to a much worse hotel instead. I had no advance notice of the change and had to make a decision at midnight to get a refund or go to a worse hotel. Looks like a nice place, but I wouldn't risk booking here if you'll just end up somewhere else, with limited options in a foreign country.
