Wonderful place, and we had an amazing stay! Staff are awesome amd polite, very professional with personal touch. We definitely recommend to friends and will definitely come back! And my husband's crazy about the spring whole fried chicken, a must try!!!

It is located along the river, I enjoyed many activities like firefly tour, stand up paddle board, kayak with reasonable price, the staff are nice. The hotel is near to whaleshark watching, but it was close during my visit, it was also close to tarsier, chocolate hill. However, if you want to enjoy the beach, it is not your choice. There is not any restaurant close to the hotel, so you have to dine inside the hotel, the food and the price is ok. There is room of improvement for cleaningness of the room, and there are many ants there.

Rooms are decent, spacious and clean (while a good cleaning of walls could be a plus). No mosquitoes which is highly appreciable. Food is correct, carbonara are surprisingly good. Past 9:20 the breakfast stalls are quite empty and they don’t bother much to refill it.
However a poor internet connexion in the room, some works have been done before 10 am, without notice - that has been a barrier to a good rest.
Overall, Good service with nice staff and beautiful view.

Next to the river, it is an beautiful and peaceful place. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff is so warm. We had a lovely time here

Room and overall view were beautiful, very comfortable bed and clean room.
Shower water pressure and temperature were frustrating as the hot water would keep stopping
Restaurant staff service was very average, some times we were seen straight away, others we were ignored for ages before being approached. Food quality was very disappointing for such an expensive hotel, every time we ate there we couldn't have the original order as it was not available. Food options for vegetarians were extremely limited and disappointing.
Swimming pool was very relaxing and it was great to see so much natural space. We were able to go watch the rescued monkeys receive their daily fruit, which was really enjoyable.

Amazing territory of hotel. Location as you are in jungle with all comfortable things and perfect service. Pool near river is so nice ! Cuisine is really wonderful and staff very friendly. From hotel is possible to go to see firefly by boat. Also very close to point with whale sharks. Best place for staying in Bohol!

The hotel itself is nice, but there's an extreme lack of communication between the staff, which in turn leads to awkward conversations between staff and customers. I had several charges made to my room for services I had paid for in cash. I addressed these with the manager/receptionist who eventually opened an investigation after an accusationary conversation which Trip.com eventually had to be brought into. Her tone soon changed once the truth came out though.
I spotted several rats very close to the dining area also... So watch out for that.
