Villa Mediterranea

This is a perfect place to chill out and relax. Mel the guy that runs this place in daily bases is tremendous. Hugh service he even made breakfast individually to us and each person. We’re here in the low season mid April and everything starts to open in the end of April or beginning of May. There’s was like 5-10 restaurants open but more opened up at the end of our week. If your a family or just travelling like a pair. I would say that this is really price worthy and much of it thanks to Mel

Stayed for 5 nights at Villa Mediterranea. We had a double room overlooking the pool. The room was comfy, had a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. The whole place was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The small staff team were incredibly helpful. Led by Mel who was friendly, flexible and helpful (he lugged our ridiculously heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs!). The Villa is a 10 minute stroll from the very lovely harbour side and a similar 10 minute stroll in the other direction to Zlatni Rat. There is a decent beach seconds away from the Villa. Breakfast every morning is homemade, tasty and plentiful. The only issue my wife and I had was the slightly small shower cubicle (we are both over 6 feet tall). We can thoroughly recommend Villa Mediterannea

Lovely accommodation right by the beach of a high standard. Really spacious and comfortable room and balcony and great location! Mel was available whenever we needed anything. I imagine the area might be quite busy in the summer holidays, but in mid September it was perfect. Great quiet beach opposite the hotel which meant you didnt need to go to Zlatni Rat.

What a wonderful find! Small, and friendly property just off the main promenade in Bol. The accomodation was spacious, and very clean. We especially loved the large balcony overlooking the pool. You could self cater but other than make the odd lunch, there was no need. It was such a bonus having the lovely breakfast that Mel and the team prepared each morning. I loved the homemade banana bread! There are numerous restaurants nearby, no more than a 10 minute walk. It was also very handy for the beaches. While the famous Zlatni Rat beach is only 10 minutes walk away, we preferred to go to the nearby beaches where there was a handy coffee shop, outdoor gym and beach bars for entertainment. Mario also recommended a lovely beach about 10k away which we hired bikes and cycled to. The whole trip to Bol was very relaxing and we look forward to going back some day. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Great stay in a great location We had a really enjoyable stay at the Villa. The place was a great size for the family and it was incredibly clean. Mel was so helpful during our stay and is a big part of what makes the Villa so great. The location is really well placed between Zlatni Rat beach and Bol town, so it's easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was lovely as well and features a good selection of different things.

Great location. Beach 2 secs away. Marina 5 minutes. Great property. Mel and his team were really helpful.

We stayed here for five nights in the two bedroom upper apartment and loved it. Place is immaculate, apartment spacious and pristine with big balcony terrace with sea views. Mel and his crew could not have been more helpful - with great recommendations and a fantastic breakfast every morning. Ten minutes walk to Zlatni Rat in one direction., ten minutes into Bol centre in the other so perfect location . Lovely smaller pebble beaches and beach bars just opposite the hotel. Overall a fab hotel in a beautiful spot.

We took 2 rooms for a family of 5 (3 teens), it was just what we were looking for, a relaxed stay in a beautiful location. Mel and Mario took good care of us and we especially enjoyed the sea view from our balcony- definitely recommend a top floor room. Beds super comfy. Breakfast was fabulous- loads of choice and very relaxed. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations, all the places were fabulous, really gorgeous local dishes. Mali Raj- amazing fish and Argento- local lamb / fish.

The property and location were perfect. Mel and his team were great hosts and provided everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.
