Breakfast on the weekend from 9:00. The owner took the control of the air conditioning and did not want to give it to us despite the fact that the air conditioning is supposed to be part of the rooms and it was 30 degrees outside (even in our attic room). Extremely unpleasant and unwilling attitude especially of the owner and, by extension, of the employees. We had booked a four-bed room (40m2) and upon arrival we were assigned a double room - we were scolded for even daring to say anything, even the owner herself came because of this and gave us a several-minute lecture about the fact that this is the standard. So one of the employees brought us one bed from another room, which the owner didn't like very much. The highlight was that we left in the morning (8:00 a.m.) when it is not yet open on Sundays, so we left the key in the lock and the hotel always takes the payment from the booking card, as we are used to from other accommodations - he called me in the afternoon after departure employee and started yelling hysterically and swearing at me about how we could afford such a thing and that we left without being paid. I have never experienced similar behavior and approach to clients.
