Excellent location, dated structure needs to be improved. Single room impractical, unspeakable bathroom ... helpful staff by paying a difference they proceeded to change the room. The double is certainly the best but this type also needs improvement. Great location and great staff

Excellent service throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and informative. Th hotel is clean and organized. My room was spartan but it is a budget priced hotel and that was fine with me especially as I was only staying overnight.

Very wonderful staff. Room was great, although the bathroom is compact. Great croissants and expresso for breakfast. The location is great for walking to the sights.

Very nice little hotel 15 minute walk from train station, and central to everything in Bologna. Lots of great restaurants, and other attractions.

Pros: good location, friendly staff, clean Cons: tiny room, super tiny shower that I hardly fit in, breakfast is absolutely minimal, high price (seems to be normal in Bologna), extremely noisy at night For whatever reason Bologna seems to be an extremely expensive city when it comes to hotels. For almost 150€ per night in a single room I would have hoped for a little more than this super-minimalistic room. I was also missing some shelf for my stuff. The only thing available was a cabinet with some hangers, but no drawer shelf or so for your smaller items.

Location is perfect , very friendly and helpful reception .
Bonus was a little terrace where you can rest any time , have coffee /tea etc .
Inside is also space as a little cafe if you not fancy go to the room .
Receptionist can advice on any question or help with your request )))
Train station in walking distance .
I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend it .

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Both the hotel and my room were clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a very busy area which means it is within walking distance to many bars and restaurants (and about 10-15 minutes to the train station and the university), but it of course also means that you will hear the noise from outside when windows are open (which I didn't mind at all).
