#positive #I was happy with the Nearby activities, Nearby restaurants, Corridor soundproofing; #negative #I was disappointed with the Soundproofing; I chose a big house. Although there are windows, I can't see much. Because there are only two floors, it is understandable that there is no elevator. Also, Bidet hot and cold water was installed in the shower and toilet. Although it does not affect the use, I still think it needs to be mentioned.

Even though there it a front desk, the property is highly responsive and communicative. It is a very quiet property which is very nice in the midst of this very busy city. If you are quiet and you like quiet this is the place for you.

The hotel is in a great position and really convenient for exploring the centre of Bologna. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable but maybe a little 'tired' in terms of decoration and maintenance. Nice comfortable bed and lovely toiletries.

Excellent location to walk to downtown Bologna. Room was large, clean & had a great shared kitchen area. Could use some better soundproofing between the floors. We were on the 1st floor (1 level above the street), and could hear people walking in their room above us. The only hiccough was there is only limited hours for checkin & the staff was late. The emergency number we were provided was not working. Once the staff arrived everything was sorted out quickly. They were very helpful in recommendations for dinner, sights to see & help with taxis. I would recommend staying here!
