Although I've read some negative comments before I travel, I didn't want to believe in them. We are frequent traveller and we usually don't face the challenges or bad experiences like the others do. However, this hotel has become an exception. The hotel is a beauty is wasted. Hotel is sitting in the middle of the paradise, surrounded by a wonderful forest. Entire facility is designed very well, but not built and not operated in the same way. The worst thing is that you can hear what they speak in the next room. You hear if their phone rings, alarm goes off, or they just walk. Dinner is open buffet, only water is included. If you want to drink a cup of tea, you need to pay extra. We think, owner(s) of the hotel want(s) to earn money at every single opportunity. Food is delicious, except all of them are covered by flies. We also think, owner(s) don't want to invest in the hotel any more, because they even don't buy repelling devices for flies. Flies are everywhere, disgusting, and disturbing. Rooms are free from flies, but all restaurants, including Han Restaurant has millions of them. There's absolutely no entertainment in the evening, no live music, no music, nothing. Not only rooms and restaurants, but also the spa lacks quality... When we received treatment, the room became hot and we asked them to make it little colder. They said it is not possible. During treatment, power has gone out, when it is restored, the treatment room became like a hospital room with bright lights, not a pleasant environment to relax. Although it was a clean hotel, it is not the value for money. It's one of the most expensive hotels in the area. I suggest you stay 40 minutes away (Abant) and drive to Golcuk. Hotels in Abant are more professional.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the speak English, the lobby is big and has many places to set, they provide the breakfast, afternoon tea and the dinner free, the outdoor area of the hotel is hug , and the experience of the forest is amazing, the have many kind of animals , the spa has many room of therapy ( salt room, grass room, water room plus the sauna room and steam room) also there is the Turkish hammam and massage room , indoor pools (for man and women separately) and 3 outdoor swimming pools, a huge play ground for kids, also there is a cinema.

This review is about Gazalle Han restaurant. It’s belonging to Gazalle resort. I frequently visit Han restaurant for the past one and a half year. The last time a couple weeks ago unfortunately the bill was not accurate. When I discussed it with the waiter he said it’s the accountant job and they can’t do anything about it. I always check my bill and never had some issues before with Han Restaurant. A good Buisness like this should retain their customers not losing them. Anyway I’m not going back!!

Anyone planning a tranquailty visit to one of the most amazing nature resorts in Turkey, you will love this place. Unmatched hospitality with stunning views of the firest and the mountains await for you. Spa is loaded eith many alternatives of Maasages, Turkish bath, heated indoor and outdoor pool seperated for adults and kids. Food is delicious, you have to ear at the Han restaurant by the mini lake and waterfalls. So many things to do for the kids too, zipline, the great wall of imbing and more. The staff is extremely helpful and diciplined. Very clean environment, one of hidden jewels of Turkey; Gazelle Resort & Spa will be our regular destination for sure.

I stayed here for 2 nights from July 7th, 2023. The hotel was literally empty. You must stay away from this place at all costs; it is being run like a back street abortion clinic. The rude and nasty staff discussed my gender, debating whether I looked like a woman or a man right in front go me. I waited 25 minutes just to place a drink order at dinner, even though only 5% of the restaurant was occupied. There were more waiters than guests, yet I still waited 25 minutes for a basic drink like water. The rude and aggressive staff can turn your stay into a living hell. Rooms are dirty, hotel is filthy. Disgusting place, horrible service Most importantly, I reported this matter to everyone in the hotel management; however, no one bothered to respond or offer even a small apology. So, if you have any issues, no one from the management will care about you. DO NOT STAY here; this place is disgusting

Çok kez geldim. Orman, doğa harika. Sadece fiyatlar yüksek. Özellikle bar, barmen, açısından zayıflar. Spa sevenler için süper. Tekrar gelirim. Keyifli bir atmısferi var ama kalabalık zamanda uzak durmalısınız. Özellikle yemekte kuyruk oluyor ve havuza zor giriliyor kalabalıktan.

Oteli ve spayi genel anlamda begendik. Bali masajı yaptırdık waoww değil ortalamaydı .Odalar ferah , otelin bahçesi ve lobisi de kocaman, rahat rahat dinlenmelik bir tesis. Şömine başı keyifli, 5 çayı da ***et lezzetliydi . Ancak spa kısmında bazı bölümler kapalıydı, bazıları ise Covid kapsamında kapalı yazıyordu ancak buna pek anlam veremedik. Ayrıca Spa ya çocuk alındığını ilk kez görüyorum , ayrı bir çocuk havuzu varken yetişkin spa bölümünde okadar çocuk olması anlamsız geldi. Oteldeki en büyük sıkıntı kahve , ağız tadıyla bir kahve içemedik , filtre, cappicino ve türk kahvesi hepsini denedik , her biri hayal kırıklığı , gerçekten bu sorunun çözülmesi lazım. Ayrıca restaurant bölümünde akşam yemek sonrası çay ikramı yok, ve havalandırması çok kötü üzerimiz çok yoğun yemek koktu. Yemeklerin kalitesi ve çeşitliliği de güzeldi, yediğimiz hersey çok lezzetliydi beğendik.

The workers mustafa and volkan were very disrespectful. They yelled on my face in front of people and shouted. I stay her with my own money and this how they treat me! These two workers did the same with other arabic resident. Because we are arab they treated us like this! This is unexceptionable at all!.

It is a mazing place for couples and families, so many facilities for all. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. You can also take a bicycle and have a tour in the park or outside
