酒店一部分外牆正在裝修，但是不影響正常入住。酒店後面有個超級大廣場，還有健身設定、小童遊樂設施，可以散步、運動、溜娃等，非常棒！

酒店設施殘舊，重點是，樓下是KTV，沒有任何隔音措施，房間住客感覺噪音巨大，低音炮振得房間窗户都在抖。最離譜的是，到房間後感覺接受不了噪音，提出退房被拒，衹允許換房，換房一樣噪音巨大。想訂這家酒店的，除非三更半夜入睡，否則絕對接受不了。
