Kingfisher Cabin. Nestled Pukekohe Side of Bombay, with a Large Private Pool.

Everything was as described in the listing. You are rural so expect the comings and goings associated with the location. Close to our event so great location.

Yes cabin tidy & clean , friendly hosts. Had trouble finding the site but 2 neighbours helped. Needs signage. Track in was rough, overgrown foliage scratched my vehicle. 3 roosters were annoying. (cant wear earplugs all day) Needs a larger fridge. Inadequate for 4 guests. Small Bbq requires firelighters and lighter not available (not a gas powered Bbq) However it was therupedic & a change of pace there.

Great spot to unwind and switch off - perfect for feeling like you’re completely out of the city without having to drive for hours. Hosts were great and found perfect mix of friendly/accomodating while also giving privacy. Highly recommend taking the short trip over to Pokeno butcher and making the most of the coal barbecue provided.

I found it difficult to find as I had no idea how far down the bumpy dirt track it was. A few signs along the track would be very helpful. The ply needs to be painted on the bathroom floor as it feels gritty underfoot. The bath mat needed cleaning. I asked for milk and was ignored. Also they don't provide sweetner. There is no where to put or hang your toilet bag, a selection of hooks in there would be good for clothes as well. Overall lack of attention to details. The shower pressure is good and the bed was good but the sheets were old polyester feel. Nice to be out in the country amongst the animals. I think it was expensive for what it was.

New build, tidy and lots of potential. Convenient location. Our stay was a quick overnight, so we did not get a chance to explore. Will do next time.

Idyllic location, so relaxing and lovely to be surrounded by farm animals and nature alike. Super friendly hosts and a fab, clean and tidy place to stay, we’ll be recommending this place!

Amazing A nice quiet cabin situated on a farmland.

A bit rough around the edges Cabin is very basic with raw plywood walls and floors, unfortunately we were there on a very hot and still afternoon which made the cabin rather uncomfortable despite the doors and windows open and two fans going. Pool was lovely but had some some debris. Great setting with the trees and animals, but there is a bit of the highway traffic in the background. Note there is a reasonable unsealed driveway around the fields. Friendly and nice hosts!

short stay Short stay on our way to a concert in Pukekohe. Great swim and out of the way. The location is close to Bombay shopping area. Great swim before heading off for the night.
