I got stung by a small scorpion at 2am when i was asleep in bed. The hotel is far from all restaurants and shops. Shower kept dripping water all night making noise. One night there was no water to flush the toilet. Rooms are ok. Hotel amenities are ok, with swimming pool and sauna.

Razoável...
Caríssimo pelo conforto do hotel que é normal e nada demais. Hotel não possui nada além de uma piscina. Não tem academia, quartos antigos etc.

Incrível, estrutura 5 estrelas com uma pegada ecológica. Quartos grandes com toda a estrutura. Sala de jogos, sauna seca, piscina aquecida E um visual incrível

Fiz uma reserva para apartamento luxo porém não tinha disponível no check in , me prometeram troca de acomodação porém não foi realizada.
Ademais, o quarto não foi higienizado mesmo deixando a sinalização para ser feito, avisando a equipe de limpeza e a Concierge ( Amanda ) que estava na recepção qdo sai do hotel.
Dessa forma , além da acomodação ser insuficiente o atendimento tbem foi péssimo

Atendimento excelente!
A parte externa do hotel carece um pouco de manutenção, falta um charme!
O moço da limpeza das piscinas, a barista e recepcionistas, sao ótimos!
Somente a parte da manutenção msm para melhorar. Falta um up!
