Admirals Quarters Inn

We had the pleasure of staying two nights as we were in town for the Aglow festival. The inn provides all the convenience of home. Jersey, the proprietor, has thought of just about everything. Our king bed was super comfortable. The location was awesome as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We look forward to returning to Boothbay Harbor and staying at the Greenleaf.

Such a beautiful property with great views of the harbor. After dinner we enjoyed the fire pit and the many lit pumpkins on the adjacent rock wall. Clean room with great hospitality! Can't wait to go back ...

The views and the rooms were amazing. Very cleaned and very accommodating. The location is great. Almost downtown yet far enough away. You're not in the middle of the busiest part of boothbay. Ensure she's the coolest guy.

Our stay at Admiral’s Quarters was perfect! It was a great setting to experience the beauty of Boothbay Harbor while savoring our morning coffee on our private balcony. The host made sure that anything you might need was just a text away and made our stay extra special!

We had an amazing 2-night stay at the Greenleaf Inn. We had a lovely private room with its own balcony and views of Boothbay Harbor. Jersey, our host, welcomed us with a tour of both the Greenleaf Inn and the Admirals Quarters, and let us know that we were welcome to use the public areas of both buildings. The kitchens of both buildings were well stocked, and Jersey provided a continental breakfast, though with the "open kitchen" concept we could have whatever we wanted for breakfast. Perhaps the highlight of our stay were the gatherings around the firepit at sundown. We met our fellow guests from all around the country and enjoyed s'mores and great company. Just before we left, Jersey took us on a boat tour around Boothbay Harbor, including close-up views of 3 lighthouses and a lot of helpful information about the area. Greenleaf Inn is clean with exceptional service, and a great location in Boothbay Harbor. Parking is provided, check in was easy and delightful, with a tour of the facilities. The common areas are nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked with basic items, eggs, milk, creamer, butter, cream cheese, water, soda, fresh fruit, fresh breakfast pastries, yogurt, coffees and teas. The view from the Inn is beautiful. Shops and restaurants are just a minute walk from the Inn. Weather permitting, there is a fire in the fire pit nightly, starting at dusk, s’more ingredients supplied. Simply, a delightful place to stay!

A nice room with all you might want and a great location. Walk to the shops in just a minute. Very friendly staff. A shared kitchen and breakfast.

We just returned from our first trip to Boothbay Harbor and the idyllic Greenleaf Inn. Where to begin? The innkeeper welcomes everyone like family and guests can see the personal touches immediately upon entering. Our room was charming with a King bed, sitting area, and private deck with a water view... perfect for sipping a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was easy to control, all leading to a restful night's sleep. The common area kitchen is stocked with espresso, coffee, tea, juices, water, yoghurt, snacks, fruit (and I'm sure more that I'm forgetting) and pastries are brought in every morning for an ample continental breakfast. All common areas have been tastefully renovated and are lovely to spend time in. There are s'mores around a fire every evening after sunset, with plenty of Adirondack chairs and blankets so you can settle in and chat with fellow guests. My only regret is that we only stayed two nights; we're already planning to return next year.

We were so impressed with the Greenleaf which was everything we could have wished for. Best location in Boothbay Harbor with amazing views, short walking distance to the center of its shops and buoy tree (important in winter!), delicious breakfast especially its fabulous granola, and its large clean classy rooms. And free large parking lot right by the door! We had no plans to return but now want to be back to stay here in summer with a larger family group. Best in Boothbay Harbor.
