The room was immaculate! The hotel is beside a beautiful beach!! The only little thing was a rooster that crowed all night every 5 minutes… but hey.. you are in PR

Right next to a great beach. Room was renovated. Loud outside from restaurant and beach but very quiet inside room. Can't beat stay for the price. Will be back in the future.

We are so lucky because we had refrigerator * No hot water for shower * No cleaning * No front desk * No Fresh Towels * No Trash Service I really disappointed in there because every day I have to wait 2 hours for fresh towels , room isn’t good condition noisy, dirty , even isn’t possible hot water for shower every time , when you go outside of room the restaurant which is same owned with room has huge trash dumpster and smells unbelievable, if you want to eat something at restaurant( same owner ) you don’t have any exclusivity you should wait min 30 min and they employees talking , laughing with laudest voice you can hear them In conculation I don’t recommend this , if you want to try your chance it up to you

Great place to unwind!
BEWARE! Book directly with the property owner's. We booked balcony rooms as shown on the photos via ******* and received no balcony rooms (makes a world of difference at this property!). Owner's were the most accommodating and made the balcony rooms available to us (extra charge added to ******* $$ - NOT the owners problem! ******* add is misleading) Advice: Book directly with the property owners. You are not saving money booking via *******

Only liked the view. Disliked that even though we paid more than the regular room we stayed ladt year, the room was dirty, shower in disgusting conditions, sink ploged, table broken, towel and toilet paper rack broken, floor dirty,bed covers & sheets dirty stained.no garbage bags, unkept feck.

Dont stay here. There are no amenities, no extra pillows or blankets, no towel for bathroom floor. Its the BARE minimum. Its not a boutique resort at all.
