Reviews of Conrad Bora Bora Nui

We recently stayed at the Conrad Bora Bora Nui and had an overall wonderful experience. The service was truly exceptional — every staff member was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The views from the resort were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the turquoise lagoon and lush mountain backdrop was unforgettable. The only area we felt could be improved was the breakfast. While the quality was good, the variety was somewhat limited, especially for a resort of this caliber. A wider selection would elevate the experience even further. That said, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return. The combination of world-class service and stunning scenery made it a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Service was a bit inconsistent. Clare was fantastic—she remembered we were celebrating our babymoon and kindly arranged a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. However, the assistant at the service desk was a bit disappointing and didn’t seem very willing to help when we raised the issue of a refund due to our room being downgraded. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and many areas are under construction, which was another downside during our stay. That said, aside from these two issues, our overall experience was still very pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon. The view from the dock, the ocean from the room, and the view from the pool and spa were all wonderfully beautiful. All the food at the hotel was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel at least once.

The internet was terrible!

The scenery of Conrad is more intense and has a great visual impact. But there is Chinese service and it is very friendly to Chinese people.

Both the water and sand bungalows are amazing, different experiences. The sand bungalows are on the hill, which is also very nice, with the best view of the sunset The white sand beach, coral, service, and food are all unparalleled. I can't say enough about this beautiful resort. The staff and service are amazing. All 4 restaurants are amazing. Amazing pools, snorkeling around the resort, great spa and service. The resort itself is amazing.

Both the water house and the sand house are great, a different experience. The sand house is on the mountain, which is also very nice. It has the best view of the sunset.

Le seul reproche que je peux faire c’est que malheureusement à un moment il faut partir de ce paradis. L’endroit est magnifique  Le resort est sublime  Le service est au top  Je n’ai pas l’ombre d’un reproche à faire que des compliments et pourtant nous sommes des clients exigeants
